β β β β β Had a preorder from singtel online and booked an appointment date and time to self collect the phone. When reach the singtel shop the assistant give me a Q numbers and mention that waiting time is 1.5hr to 2 hrs, so what is the appt date and time for? You all also dont want to have delivery service of the phone and initial only self collect. Is really a bad experience and wasting of time thinking we have so much time to wait, what kind of customers service are you singtel authorise dealer providing.

β β β β β Went to singtel shop in jurong point branch just to terminate my tv due to premier league. Decided to terminate all singtel service including TV, Broadband, Mobile and home line straight away after receiving disgusting service by assistant manager Ron li. He was rude, sassy, bad attitude, and kept escalating the issue by providing sarcastic remarks. Already feedback to all my contacts. Good bye singtel, lets see how many customers you lose this year due to Ron li.

β β β β β Singtel staff has always been courteous and helpful. Ive been here on a few occasions to close my late dad's account and they've always been careful in communicating his matters and helping to close his account. Surprisingly good service!
