Paid 90% deposit about $13k
doors and window
Got to keep chasing before finally willing to install.
Damage my shoe rack and to date not keen to repair.
Must pay all last 10% before they will rectify all the work and damages.
Thinking of seeking legal action
Any suggestion?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's only one word for their service which is TERRIBLE! My family got their door done during 2014 and after a few days our key lock is spoiled , but we decided to fixed it ourselves . Moving it to current situation, I called them to ask if they still sell the same exact model of door knob so my dad can fix it , they said to send a picture of the one we have because they claimed that they have discontinued it and sure did u sent a pic. After an hour or so no reply , so I called back but 3 of the numbers they provided no one is picking up at all ?!? What is this ? My house door currently is spoiled we just need a simple yes or no , and that's very hard ? What are we supposed to do ? We can't lock our door now !
