Isabelle patiently and promptly answered my questions, which I appreciate very much. She also fixed an appointment to take measurement the following day. Kelvin was punctual for on site measurement and was very polite and helpful too. He also gave great advice. Installation appointment was scheduled very quickly within 3 days cos my toilet door was in such a bad shape and can't be locked. Appreciate their quick installation. Installer was also punctual, friendly and very experienced. Glad to see a cheerful installer. I sourced around for a wrought iron gate to replace an old gate of a HDB flat for comparison of prices apple to apple and I must say RENOVAID TEAM offered the best price at sgd700 including installation for 3x8ft (unbelievable!). Also, you can expect quick, almost instant, responses to your queries from their sales team as well as prompt and punctual services on measurements taking and installation. Once I confirmed my interest, measurements were taken the very next day and one week after paying a deposit the gate was installed. The installers arrived within the one hour time frame specified and diligently worked on getting the gate fitted rightly. They did a great job. I would like to mention that Renovaid Team is very worth engaging and you must not be put off during negotiations to prices on additional features if they say "cannot" that sounds abrupt to you when what they meant to say is "their prices are already very good and they cannot accede to your request".
