Experienced their service for Medical Screening Service from online to offline to phone line customer support I must say is brilliant, accomodating, able to cope with customer's stress and not defensive when dealing with questions. This is a model medical center. Their dedication and commitment deserve more than 5 stars.

β β β β β All the staff here are very friendly,helpful and professional. I told them first that I would be dizzy everytime when taking the blood test , and I did get dizzy. The nurse told me lie down and were very concerned about my condition, so I have to say that the service was really great!Thank you ?

β β β β β I want to commend the staff at this hub for assisting me in getting the health checks done for the LTVP requirement. Strongly recommend this place for a quick and reliable service! (Very reasonably priced as well - with in house X-ray which is more convenient than heading somewhere else for it, (only Mon and Thurs morning)

β β β β β I'm extremely impressed by all the staff's professionalism and dedication - from the moment I called to make an appointment for my LTVP medical check, I was provided with helpful information and advice by Amanda who responded to my queries friendly and swiftly. The doctor (Dr Karen Nai), nurses and other staff were very warm and helpful! I'm so thankful for the seamless service provided, keep up the great work!

β β β β β I had vacinnation booster at this outlet. Took me 20 minutes on the queue which is fine. But doing the same form two times for personal particular, QR and paper work, can be reduced.
The staff seems to be professional, didn't feel the injection at all.
