Dr Lok is a nice and attentive doctor. He will listen to what I shared with him and advice accordingly.

Disappointed. Dr Lok behaves abnormally yesterday. Words from the mouth were Satirizing and do not give me the chance to explain my sickness. I will not visit this clinic again.

Dr Lok's our de facto family doctor even before he relocated from King George.

Won't go back there again. Dr Loke was not prepared to listen to my explanation and instead assumed things that was not true. Gave illogical wound care advise. How would he know my pain anyway. Does not listen, understand and sympathise with your situation. Not very friendly. He was able to identify and give me a diagnosis just by looking. ? But that is not the only thing that make a good doctor. I'm sorry but I do not recommend this clinic.

Went to the clinic due to a leg injury from a fall. Doctor was patient and gave professional advice. Good points were the caring attitude shown by attention to detail in offering medical advice and medication. Will recommend...

Went during the afternoon, the doctor was very kind and his service was great.

Went down because of fever, sore throat and cough, I also self tested ART positive the night before. Registered at around 9am, the wait to see the doctor was about 1h. Dr Lok was thorough with the checkup, a quick ART swab and prescription, and I was good to go. Took another 15mins or so to settle the bill and medicine. All around a good experience.

Will never visit this clinic again. 1)Google and the signage outside their clinic stated that they open at 2pm, waited outside the clinic until 2.12pm. Had to knock their door multiple times to have the staff come out, and the reason was “ oh morning session ended late so we open late.” 2) I was the 1st in Q, aft the registration I was told the doctor still on his way, asked the staff what time will the doctor be in? She mention 2.30pm, fine I wait. Waited till 2.44pm, the doctor finally came. He started seeing number Q2, so I thought okay it’s fine maybe I’m next but after Q2 came out Q3 was called…..I went to the staff and asked her if I’m going to be seen next, she told me this doctor practice is to clear those non symptom patient first then see patient with symptom. So I asked the staff, if there is going to be any more walk in, I have to wait until the doctor clear them? The nurse replied “ya” Does this even make any sense? Never have I experienced such unpleasant experience at any clinic before.
