★ ★ ★ ★ ★ indian staff lady served me very rude at compass one polar puff. wanted to buy a pie & told me that the pie is cold & ask me if i wanna buy go reheat by my own & she talked while her back are facing me. totally bad customer service. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been patronising Polar Cafe for decades. Must say that the quality of their puffs and pies have deteriorated somewhat over the years. Today the 23rd of August 2019 I was at Sengkang Hospital and I purchased a few curry puffs and chicken pies to bring home. However I was shocked to find that it now tastes like nothing I've experienced before with Polar Cafe. There was a lack of salt. The puff pastry was bland. The filling also lacked any distinct flavour. Absolutely disappointed!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a cake last saturday & wanted to make use of my membership. was told off curtly by the staff that "cannot use" due to the cake being a seasonal (special) item.
It is ok that i can't make use of my membership but as service staff... was there a need to be so unpleasant to a customer?
Perhaps Polar can consider investing in some courses for the staff as I have experienced worse one at NEX! (another review!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have wide variety of character cakes which my children loves. They offer CNY goodies and treats that are not too sweet so it's okay. The butter cake rolls are really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. Today I went there and bought a large pandan swiss roll for my family. When I reached home, I discovered the cake was only two days away from expiring, making it very unfresh as most cake stores like Bengawan Solo and even other Polar outlets normally have seven days before expiring.
Terrible, would recommend going to literally anywhere else.
