β β β β β Bought one platter last week. price tag was 4.70. When i put in 10 dollars note into the machine, 1.50 came out. I asked the manager, she took my platter in and tore away price tag and told me is 8.50 without thinking of refunding me. I told her I will complain her. I have sent in complain twice. No reply was received.

β β β β β Bought Wasabi salmon rice set offer on 31/05/21.- around 6.25pm..
Takes about 15 mins waiting time even though no people queuing..
Reached home from CompassOne just takes less than 15 minutes, so disappointed that the rice, fried salmon and soup are not hot at all.. not even lukewarm..
This is my first time eating japanese food that serve cold..
Never go back again.. ?

β β β β β Small shop enough for a quick stop near Sengkang Mrt. Food is 3 star quality but cashier staff is 0 star for the frown face, fake attitude and not respect customers. The beef was over cooked and the soup was too salty. Never stop here to eat again.

β β β β β The food was average. The staff were extremely rude to the customers. They blatantly ignored me twice when I asked the first time and also when I repeated my question. Needed to wait in the store for 25min before being able to collect my food that was sitting on the counter, after the queue at the cashier has dispersed.

β β β β β Usually I will come for the lunch time offer, the $5.90 Tori Teriyaki or the $6.90 Sake Teriyaki Bento Meal.
The service is fast, order your meals, paid using the notes and coins machine and you get a device which will page you when your meals is ready.
I would give a 4 stars for the Tori Teriyaki and Sake Teriyaki meals, I will come again to try other meals...

β β β β β People complain about umisushi and their mediocre food, but the advantage of eating here is itβs cheap cost compared to other sushi restrurants. Other places tend to make you pay $3-4 for a crab roll while here you can pay $2. Itβs even more savings with actual noodles and bento with this restrurant having a set meal allowing more saving, the food itself isnβt THAT bad and it comes by fast. I ordered the Beef Udon with the Traditinal Hot Green Tea. The green tea was not the best but then again I donβt understand green tea in general and the Beef Udon was nice. Overall if you want sushi but canβt afford the millions of dollars it takes to order at other restrurants or just want sushi fast, why not here?
