★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic experience at the 313 outlet. We came here because we couldn't find what we wanted at Stereo. Alicia's product knowledge is impeccable, across a wide range of brands and models. She understood immediately the sound profile I was going for. Yong Le is genuine with his advice, non-pushy and great at making the customer feel comfortable. Both are very patient too. We ended up walking away with Audio-Technica IEMs and Shure headphones. I must say, a big reason why we purchased was the great customer service - we don't believe in buying from a place that doesn't treat customers well. We'll be back when we have other audio needs :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no place like Connect-it in all of Singapore. If you want to learn about headphones, and try them out, the range of options at Connect-it is amazing. The sales staff is very patient and helpful. The prices are good, but really the variety and the ability to test makes this the only place to buy headphones. I've been a customer for over six years. I think that one time I took up the time of a sales consultant for over 30 minutes, but they were super patient and helpful. HIGHLY recommended

For those who want to buy wireless/wired earbud or headset. Trust me. Just go there and find Alicia. She will make your life easier about decision making. Not hard selling at all. Perfect place to buy earbud and headset. Recommended to ALL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow I have so many good things about this place. I went in to get a new pair of foam tip ear buds on 21 May 2022 around 12 noon. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and gave three recommendations. He answered all of my concerns and he even recommended a slightly better option when I had decided on my ear buds. Even though he was the only one in the store at that time, he never made me feel rushed like I had to make my purchase fast.
