DO NOT GET TRICKED BY THEIR LOW PRICE. I was persuaded to go in, and midway through the procedure they told me I needed to pay $2000 instead of $98 cause they said the $98 procedure was an inferior one and it would look really ugly. I mean why didn't they tell me before I started!! In the end I haggled ms ended up paying $208.overall not a nice feeling at all.

Its a horrible experience! I happened to pass by their outlet when they were giving out flyers for their eyebrow embriodary promotion, which is at less than $70. The beautician even gave me a visual demonstration on my eyebrows to see the difference I’ll look with a new embriodary. After I’d signed up for it and they’d applied numb cream on my brow areas, the manager & her beautician started making their rounds of attack in pursuadung me to upgrade to a $2k+ Eyebrow embriodary, stressing that the less than $70 service I signed up is already old school and doesn’t have the “3D” effect, thus, its not going to look too good. Why didn’t they advised me accordingly earlier? They also tried to pursade me to sign up for their other embriodary (eyeline) and facial services. And they refused to work on my brows when I said no. I ended up paying over $600 for my embriodary, which they assured me that it comes with a free touch up, and no other hidden cost. Today, I went back for my touch up and of cos the whole drama started again. The beautician tried to pursaude me to go for their eyeline embriodary, whilst the manager tried to pursaude me to sign up for a facial package that she claims is a super good deal. When I rejected all their offer and told them to proceed with my touch up, the beautician’s final draw was to tell me that I’d to pay $17.10 for a set of new embriodary needles for the procedure. I asked her why and her reply was that it is their company policy and it was also stated on the invoice. Told her I was never told of such policy and when I asked her to show me where on the invoice was it indicated, she actually brought out another customer’s invoice to show me, hoping that I would not be aware. Wow! That, in my opinion, is call cheating and such behaviour is utterly disgusting! After seeing her stunt had failed, she tried to shut me up by saying that she will pay for the needles out of her own pocket and of cos follow with a shabby job to my brows. This is by far one of the most unethical company in the way they operates their business today. Their focus is only selling and not in their quality and the customers. So consumers, beware of such unethical company and not fall into prey by them.
