โ โ โ โ โ Not the kindest staff :) They stress the customers for trying... We had a few more we liked, but we didn't want to try and annoy the staff, so we just left.

โ โ โ โ โ Iโm sharing my bad experience with 1lady staff from Goldlion located at IMM.It happen on 15 March 2020 approximately around 6:30pm when I and my son walk in to the store to buy pants.after trying few of the size,my Son decide not to buy because of the waist size.I thank you for the service but was surprise when the sale lady sarcastically reply that after few trying why I didnโt want to buy and she felt that we just waste of their time.I felt the Goldlion should educate their staff and not to pressure the customer into buying their product.

โ โ โ โ โ We were told there's a 35% discount for shoes during my hubby's birthday month so we went to the IMM outlet today. Due to their 53rd anniversary, there's a shelf of dress shoes for $59 but none were in my hubby's size. Another shelf had shoes from $79โ$129. As they are already discounted, the birthday discount doesn't apply. Although disappointed, hubby managed to choose 1 pair for $79. When paying, the salesman apologised and said it's actually $129.
1st the sales staff were both a bit curt and unfriendly throughout. Only when the price turned out to be wrong did the salesman apologise profusely. We left without buying. Major disappointment with Goldlion!
