★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star not because of the food. The food nice. But because of 1 staff which spoil the image crave at Joo Koon. The staff is a matured lady. Looks like malay. Problem with her she is very rude. Scold customers. She needs to learn how to listen customers request or order. If she not sure, just again politely again to get it right. If not sure how to deal with multiple payments method needs to learn or ask n not scold customers. Crave Management needs to look into this Staff at Joo koon Crave. Cannot handle counter duty, then deploy her backend duties. So very rude!!!!!! My 1st n the last to visit crave at joo koon ntuc hub.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plastic cutlery - really the confounding thing that the management of Crave has not thought through: how are people going to eat chicken wings/other fried foods with flimsy cutlery??? This is cost-saving (at the consumers' expense) taken to extremes. Won't ever be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad!!!! Only give me fish when my order is chicken wing set + fish. The stuff there must be sleeping. I won’t go back there to ask for one chicken wing but definitely complaining !!! I paid $8.30 for below!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent plate of Nasi Lemak. Rice is fragrant and Sambal Chilli is sweetish and bitingly spicy. Chicken Wing is well spiced and was fried well but the inclusion of the fish fillet was disappointing as its obviously a pre-packaged product.
Would be better if it was substituted with something else, perhaps their sambal long beans. Was also disappointed that Plastic Utensils was used for Dining In. I can understand the convenience but using Proper Utensils for dining in would make it a better experience.
