★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service. Every table had to wait almost a hour for food. When I ask to cancel order, the waiter tried to give some excuses and forced you to wait for food. Do yourself a favour and eat elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First impression was very disappointing because we were made to wait 25 mins for our takeaway dinner on 19 December despite confirmation one day in advance. Apparently, the China lady whom took our phone order did not nail it. As a result of her incompetence, my family had a very late dinner. Time is precious. Please respect your customers’ time and not take it lightly.

Service was friendly and prompt as well, nice place to have a formal tze char experience. ?
