And as always, they have top quality instructors that gives you the best programmed workout, friendly and helpful front of house, tip top amenities. Mandy, Hannah, Shiqeen are some of the instructors that you should not miss!

Love his energy and momentum for the class.
The cycle studio is clean and well maintained, had shower facilities for post workout clean up .
Highly recommended .
