โ โ โ โ โ Very spacious gym. Extremely well maintained. A little weird having the gym on a different floor. But a good gym to go to if ur home or office is near town.

โ โ โ โ โ This is my third review of the True Fitness group โ first being TF Tampines and second being TFX Millenia Walk. And just when I was about to commend the chain on finally providing good new towels to their members, with its own label tag to boot, LINT. Sigh.
PS: the gym, however, is brand spanking new and fully and impressively equipped.

โ โ โ โ โ Absolutely disappointed. After more than a year of gym subscription, I made multiple calls to cancel my membership more than a month ago. This was confirmed by a staff who was handling the case with her manager. I'm shocked to have received a billing notification recently after the long confirmation of my subscription termination.
Received poor customer service today trying to push the blame and not looking to resolve the issue by citing that I did not make a cancellation. Just poor operations, bad accountability and playing the blame game.
