β β β β β Hello I'm one of your patient. I need to say that how come your clinic there's a COUNTER STAFF SMOKING AT THE COUNTER EVENTHOUGH THERE IS A PATIENT AT THE CLINIC? Is there the of clinic SOP? Wasn't clinic suppose to be more hygiene area?
I was consider to continue my treatment plan at your clinic But this the way that your clinic service I will not come back and is not recommended as well.
This very unprofessional and irresponsible attitude. SHE smoke with electronic vape that is ILLEGAL IN SINGAPORE too.
This lady make me feel very disappointed and disgusting to your clinic service and hygiene care as well. To be honest, Is not worth for even 1 star.

β β β β β As friends recommend, I brought my daughter here for wisdom teeth removal surgery. After going through other bad dental experiences, I wish I can find Christal Dental early!
Reasons:
1, Very easy online booking, and transparent price list.
2, Dr. Kao was professional and sincerely provided us advice.
3, Assistants are professional and very friendly, too.
4, Commodities and comfortable space for both reception area and operation rooms.

β β β β β My fave Dental β¦ chance upon it in March 2020 and met Dr Hamed ! After covid lockdown , did my Invisalign immediately with Dr Hamed . Now, Crystal Dental Care is my whole family dental - we did our half yearly cleaning , polishing with them !
My daughter , Ana is happy that we found a reliable dentist near our place ! She had bad experience with her previous renowned dentist !
Dr Nicolas Lee was v patience when treating my daughter !
Nurses are super friendly and patience !

β β β β β Clean and professional service. Trustable, friendly and patience doctors and nurses. My kids and I have our dental care here since 2018. And its always with great experiences. There is a TV up the celling to calm the kids down by watching their favourite cartoon. Cozy and comfortable dental. Definitely recommending friends and families over :)
