Although their glasses and frames are quite pricey but value for money. My last pair lasted me 8 years. My new pair is light and crystal clear especially when I'm looking on my computer screen.

Really speechless to this kind of seller: -unprofessional & unethical (wrong eyesight measurement and have to redo the lens, no cloth & warranty card provided and have to request) -procrastinate (delay delivery of items) -unpunctual, dishonest and playful (promised collection at their shop on Saturday, ended up the shop didn’t open and never inform earlier. So, I tried to call them but they didn’t turn on their phones.) -bad service (short warranty period)

I have been looking for a pair of glasses during Covid due to more screen time- one that is light and yet can last me over the years. I finally found a pair at D’optometrists that is super light weight and by far the only pair that I don on daily without complain. Thank you Team D’optometrists for providing great service and delicate care for my eyes. You guys are awesome!

Due to the complexity of my eye degree, I always have problem making a new pair glasses. Somehow none of the optometrists that I saw able to diagnose my eye issue and prescribe the correct degree, focal etc for my eyes. It is quite frustrating as I have made countless pair of spectacles over the years at many different optical shops. It was until when I was recommended by my friend whom has his glasses done at D'Optometrists that my agony was resolved. Mr Ong and his team of optometrist were so thorough in their eye check. In fact, it was the longest check I ever had. The team was so patient during the check and was very experienced to share with me the issue of my eyes. They knew about my situation and assured me that they can solve my issue. They made good recommendation for me in term of the type of lenses and glasses that is suitable for me. It may not be cheapest pair of glasses that I ever made but it is all worth it as the outcome of the lens and glasses surpass my expectation. The quality of the lens and glasses is so good that It didnt take long for me to adjust to the progressive lens. I am so elated that my years of getting the right pair of glasses is finally resolved at D'Optometrists. I would also like to mention Mr Pun who assisted me too, he was so patient me during the recommendation of the glasses and gave constructive advice for me. Since then, I have recommended my friends & family members to D'Optometrists. Thank you so much to the team of D'Optometrists for a wonderful job done.

My family had our eye check conducted here. Optometrist was very professional, taking time to do a detailed check, patiently answering questions & providing useful advice. The check helped to detect cataract issue for my mum which allowed for prompt treatment with referral. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service! Samantha was caring and detailed oriented. The eye check was smooth, relax and professionally done. She was also patient enough to educate me on contact lenses care. She was very encouraging when I was putting on the contacts. Very pleased with my purchase and experience at D’Optometrists! Highly recommend!

I've just gotten a new pair as I lost my previous pair ?. Pun and Samantha did a fantastic job as they listened to my wants and needs. While Samantha took time to check and test my eyes, she was very detailed. She was able to pick up some issues with them. Pun also helped to pick out a new pair after a couple of tries. This will be my fourth pair with this shop. It was super light and comfortable to wear, which I liked. There's also a safety feature with this lens too - no screws on this frame. You can also attach sunshades, instead of clip-ons. Overall, the experience is super good! I would definitely come back again.
