β β β β β Very unprofessional. Booking for pcr test 1 week in advance, on sunday after registered and wait for 20 minutes they told me no doctor, asking to transfer to taman jurong branch. My flight is on Monday and been told when I booking trough phone call I was told tat able to get the result before 12pm at Monday, but the nurse told me 12-2pm only can get the result. Can see no communication and training at all.

β β β β β DONT BOOK FOR PCR/ART TEST
I booked my appointment at 5.30 pm (came in VTL flight) this is for supervised self-administered COVID-19 ART test. They opened the clinic only at 6 and didn't apologise for anything. They simply said they will open at 6 only.
Need to appoint an experienced/educated staff.

β β β β β The counter staff really unfriendly(451 BK BATOK, Malay nurse/assistant with specs)
Visited the clinic 11:40am today, they already changed the business status to "CLOSED" (But website showed their lunch time is 12pm -1pm.)
Tried to ask some swab test related questions, the staff was showing her attitude and seems not happy to answer the questions.
I am willing to find out all these info from the website but I did not see any further info on how to book the schedule etc before i made the payment for online purchase on PCR test from clinic.
Why the DA clinic has such staff to serves their customer. IT'S A SHAME!!!

β β β β β The DA Clinic front desk staffs are friendly, prompt and efficient. ART test process was smooth and the doctor has done great job on administrating the test without causing any feeling of uneasiness or pain. Highly recommend this clinic.

β β β β β Wouldnβt even want to visit this clinic if the other clinic was open on 3rd may. The doctor was so horrible, ive never seen him before, though. He made me talk to the wall. I greeted him, no reply. I told him if i can get a non-drowsy cough med, no reply. Ended up getting the drowsy one. I thought he was deaf or something but when the next patient went in, I overheard the doctor greeting him. Came to conclusion, maybe heβs not deaf, just rude.

β β β β β My husband called in on the 1 Feb when he was tested art positive. They told him they were fully booked! Today I was tested art positive and I walked in since itβs the nearest clinic to my place. There was no customer seen but they insisted they were fully booked!

β β β β β The thing about a new relatively new estate is finding a good reliable family clinic. If you are in this area, DA clinic is highly recommended. Dr Chen is knowledgeable and very warm. Puts your mind at ease when you are unwell and uncertain. The nurses are so friendly and professional even when dealing with patients with tons of questions.
Sure, there are many ridiculous patients who complain because they expect the world from the staff.
But to me, this clinic gets a 10 star rating from me.
