Poor staff attitude and extremely rude. The nurse who help me to draw blood, she's no confidence and no professional, she asked me where is the location did I draw the blood before and keep checking my right & left hand blood vein. The nurse said that she couldn't find my blood vein, and might need to take twice for blood if she got the wrong location. When she said like that, it really scared me. When I told her that her words scared me, and she said if I want I could change to doctor for assistant. So I request it, the moment she ask me to wait outside, I don't know how long I have to wait, so I told them I go for X-ray first then come back to continue, the whole processing take about 2 hours. When I left that time, I ask them to write down the time out. Time in is 9.54am, and time out they put 10.01am, how funny they told me that, because I didn't follow their process, 1st draw blood, 2nd X-tray. They said that time out suppose to X-tray clinic write for that. Please how do I know the clinic process, and the last stop I stop by at Point Medical group, they should write down the time out 11.01am instead of 10.01am. Just because of the timing, they make me feel embarrassed to stand there and argue with them, and the doctor I though that he can help, but he didn't help also,he said he got a lot of patient, no time to assist me, business is important than anyhing. How heartless is that, This kind clinic I will not suggest anyone to go there for body check. Please think twice before you choose to go this clinic.

Dr. Wen give me the vibes that he is not a caring doctor. I visited him for flu, sorethroat and fever symptoms, on top of that I also mentioned to him that I am having panic attack episodes and I would need help on this issue. He just brush me off by telling me there is no such medication for that. Never even offer me any remedies or solutions. I do not recommend people to see him. As a doctor, you should be more caring to your patient and try to understand more.

Called for a few times but nobody answered. I thought there're many patients. But when I arrived, ok around 5 pax waiting. And 3 staffs were casually chatting, lazily relaxing casual attitude. No “please”, no “excuse me”, no “thank you”, only raise the voice when you can't hear it clearly as everyone is with mask on. They didn't even care to return your passport, only did so when you ask. Only the female doctor is friendly and the Indian staff nurse has good attitude.

Will give 0 stars if i can. Front desk staff all seem new and confused, don’t know what to do. Watched them frantically look for another patient’s medical document as they lost it after the patient approached them. I waited over an hour to see the doctor for 2 minutes. Told him I’m experiencing fever, nausea and extreme headache ever since my vaccine 4 days ago. Did not take my temperature (amidst covid??) and just gave me stronger painkillers. Did not even look me in the eye when talking to me. Gave me one day mc although i went to the clinic after work so I asked for another day, he then scribbled over the written MC and did not even bother re-writing a new one. Seriously unprofessional and not a bit of caring towards his patients. There was also an influx of migrant workers entering the clinic, instead of asking nicely what happened to them, the front desk staff just shouted “why all come today”??? Dude. This clinic should close down.

The medical personnel at the registration counter are impolite to patients. The doctor was great, he was kind, polite and provided great advise and service.

Seriously if you're really very sick please do not visit this clinic. It is so ridiculous that we literally came from 145pm and waited till 4pm and they have yet to register the string of patients. Everyone was just waiting to get registered. Incompetent counter staff, not sure why they're taking forever to simply register patients. Did not even apologise. The way they work is messy and slow. Won't recommend coming to the jurong point outlet, not sure about the rest.

Staffs at the reception area are rude. They should not at all be there if they don’t have pleasing personality and not gentle when they speak to patients at all. Management should rethink of who they hire in that position as it reflects the whole of their customer service. It’s saddening. Really.

Came to this clinic today to consult the doctor. Everyone from the front staff to the doctor here is rude. Will avoid coming here at all cost next time. I felt like going off first. But they hold my IC.
