โ โ โ โ โ Rude staff at reception! Visit date 27/2/22 ; 845am! Not my first visit here. But today this lady is sooooo rude! Lady doing the registration. Not only to me but also to a gentleman who is behind me. Instead of telling him nicely what To do since he ART positive.. her tone and reply sucks!

โ โ โ โ โ Some of the Receptionist are rude and the Dr woo soon Fatt is equally unfriendly. I avoid this clinic even though itโs near to my house. I rather travel longer and feel welcomed & understood. Dr Rohit was very good , kind and helpful but now he is also not working there anymore. :-|

โ โ โ โ โ Bad and disappointed experienced.
They only prioritize senior and kid otherwise you will be turn away by the staff in short only selected patient are allow to see the doctor. Even walk in, there is totally no chance to see the doctor over there. So don't waste your time going there.
I'm sure other GP provides better services in term of delivering Care to all patient.
Wow, I also just realized that most of the patientโs review that they are not satisfied with the service in your branch. I guessed that the staffs really has a big issue over there in terms of attitude having poor management.
I hope MOH will look into your clinic practice and happen to see all reviews on your pages.

โ โ โ โ โ Today was my first and last visit. 1 star review is too overated. The reception is horribly rude and raises their voices to patients. The ladies are having cheap fun in the clinic. I really pity the china workers who doesnt understand other languages and get verbally humiliated for fun. Saddening. The ladies at work today should all be removed from duties immediately.
I second all opinions on the bad reviews, also the ART test cannot accept walk in and they are also not answering the phone. How is it expected that the patients know exactly what to do without explanation. Really wasted my time travelling there. Ends up I had to go with speedoc.
Avoid at all instances unless you enjoy getting fooled as a cheap entertainment for the reception. Trust the home ART and Tele-ART wouldn't be much better off. Play safe. Don't ruin your holiday mood at this clinic. Not worth it.

โ โ โ โ โ Tried to call before my visit yesterday but didn't managed to get anyone. Reached clinic and checked with Reception. Mentioned they are occupied therefore no able to answered it, apology to me and highlighted they would look into it. Seeing the doctor and medication collection are done within a couple of minutes therefore it's a plus for them. Unlike other clinics whom take more than 15min. Did instruct me on how to take the medication and return for a repeat consultation if still feeling unwell. Would return to DA Clinic next time for their above average Customer Service.

โ โ โ โ โ Can anyone update your timing in detail or answer the call at least? This is my second visit there been asked to come back later. The reason provided was this is the time we checking covid positive patient and last time was to serve those with ART appointments. How am I supposed to know if you never update your schedule anywhere. Imagine those coming from far just for being told to come back later. Seriously wasting our time. Please upgrade your service and don't burden fellow patients like this in future. It is totally unacceptable. Thanks

โ โ โ โ โ I have been consulting Dr Woo for more than 15 years since his previous clinic Oriental Medical Clinic and still consulting him even now. With his years of experience makes him a very reliable doctor. He is friendly and approachable and would highly recommend seeing him when feeling unwell or need medical treatment.
