Had my old air-con replaced with Daikin. Great service during installation. Very thoughtful to simple details like placement of indoor unit, trunking, covering up furniture, floor, beds and cleaning up after. Not to mention getting rid of the old units. If you ever head to Daikin Proshop by Poh Meng at Compass One, look for Steven. Great guy to deal with. Helpful, knowledgeble and thoughtful to your needs and requirements. If it weren't for him, I would have gotten the wrong units. Once again, Thanks Steve! Highly recommended. All the best!

The guys did a great job installing my System 3 air condition. Great worksmanship and even help to clean up after they are done with their work. Highly recommended if you are considering a Daikin System.

Last Daikin unit lasted 14 years so Daikin was my default choice. Had concern on air con works as my place was nicely done up with air con trunking concealed. Steven was reassuring and provided option for a site survey that allowed me to back out if I wasn’t comfortable. He maintained constant communication throughout unlike the typical sales person whom you don’t hear from again after closing a sale. Installation turned out better than expected, Ali was professional and did a great job despite covid restrictions for only 2 persons, completing the whole job within the day despite my home’s complications. Highly recommended.

The installation job was professionally done. Ali, the supervisor was able to gave proper advise instead of just blindly following the owner instructions. Steven, the sales guy didn't hard sell. He was able to propose the system which suit your needs instead of up selling.

I've always heard good things about Daikin air-conditioning but as I already had my previous brand Aircon I had to wait but I have to commend Steven from this shop to recommend my mother the AC system which best suits our home and also was very patient to also explain to me too. I also want to commend the team of technicians or the people who Poh Meng Engineering sent to my home for installation of the aircon units. They were first, punctual, very polite, they floored all my 3 rooms with cardboard and were very careful with my things. They so had the plastic to cover the bed and furniture in my rooms. Unlike the previous installation personnel from other company who was very rude and not professional, Poh Meng Engineering service and attitude was top notch. Very good service from shop purchase, follow up and till installation. ? Lastly, I feel that the technicians are well trained, they fixed everything systematically and also guide me on how to sync the AC to my phone one by one. Thank you! ?

I was looking to install a brand new System 3 Airconditioning for my Sister’s flat, and after shortlisted 5 to 6 companies, decided to contact them via their respective web portal… The fastest to response (you guess it) was from Poh Meng, and after some short message exchanges with Sales Rep (Mr Steven) I was quite convinced the overall package is reasonable… What to look out for: Compressor System to support how many fan coils (For my case, x3 sets of 9k BTU) No cost to remove current piping and system (compressor/ fan coil) Site survey to ensure no additional cost from extra hacking/ difficult routing of water & Copper pipes/ wiring/ casing Daikin DSP materials at no extra charge The booking of date to install the System 3 was quite smooth, fortunate to get a slot within 2 weeks due to current COVID restriction, if not should be up to a month… Remember to sign up Daikin Proshop portal for additional warranties. Day of installation, I double checked to ensure material used are indeed DSP materials. Special credit to the Poh Meng Crew installers (Mossa & Masud), both are very professional throughout the whole process, ensuring there is no short cut, and the water piping gradient are flowing downwards to ensure no back flow (previous ones caused water back flow). As site survey was done well, no surprises for the holes to drill, the piping route etc… Overall, I strongly recommend their professional services, and I am confident this new system will last a longer time than my previous (8 years)… Thank you Poh Meng Engineering…

We had gone to several retailers before deciding on Daikin and visited Poh Meng. As we are replacing our old AC, our main concern was the workmanship and type of materials used. Unlike the sales reps we encountered, Steven was professional in his approach and provided sound advice. Poh Meng only requires a small deposit to conduct a site survey while others required a full payment. The site surveyor arrived punctually and took time to suggest several trunking routes and placement of the AC blowers. On the day of installation, the site surveyor came with Ali, the installer supervisor to brief him on what was earlier discussed. Ali was very friendly and helpful, he was patient in addressing our concerns at any point and also made suggestions so that we can carry out future maintenance easily. To install a new AC system while living in can be a nerve wrecking experience however we felt assured as Steven was always prompt to reply to queries. The whole installation team was professional, efficient and easy to work with, they also ensure the furniture are well protected. Glad we went with the Daikin specialist and ordered from Poh Meng.

I would like to commend the team of technician/engineer who Poh Meng Engineering sent to my home for installation of the aircon units. On the day of installation, the site surveyor made a second trip down together with his team to discuss on the feasibility of a new pipe route that my family proposed and to address our concerns. After the discussion, installation was carried out professionally and completed within a day. The four technician/engineer that came down to perform the installation work were punctual, polite, and more importantly competent & responsible.
