★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like their hokkien rice dumpling (menu item no.2), but low review due to service and price.
Price has slowly increased, and is especially higher during festive periods.
Service is poor and inconsistent during delivery or direct purchase. For delivery, they send it cold, making it inedible since it needs to be steamed (even if you specifically request it hot and ready to eat). Multiple feedback to delivery partners but no change. For direct purchase, I've received wrong items, and incidents like the PRC staff repeatedly recommending the hot item despite me insisting that I wanted the cold ones.
