I order 1 portion of crispy fried wanthon. It took almost 20 mins for that. At that time “it wasn’t so crowded”. I ask the manager and she ask me to wait in a polite way bcs I keep seeing other customers already get their order. I wait for another 10 mins and finally I saw the cook (her name is LAI KUAN) already prepared it. My mom is getting the order, and she yell at my mom and said it wasn’t ours. I mean, dude you can say it politely or explain the reason why it took so long to prepare our orders bcs I keep seeing another customers already getting their orders. The manager is so nice and ask for apologize under LAI KUAN’s name. But Lai Kuan (the cook) is so rude. Didn’t even apologize to us. As for the manager, you should check your customer order is prepared or not.

Wanton noodle is normal.. as for the tea, it’s taste awful and your staff has a poor customer service.

We come here often....but hadn't been back since Phase 1 Circuit Breaker....looks like they have started to rationalise their offering in this location....certain dishes are no longer available....service is fast.....overall good experience.....

Packed 2 portions of noodles today's lunch. Only 1 soup was packed, and the lid wasn't proper covered. Only left with miserable amount of soup in the container and a terrible mess to clean up with soup dripping from bag unto table and the kitchen floor. Terrible experience. Please remind staff to cover the lid f for soup properly. Thanks.

I went to WS outlet at around 9pm on 13th June 2022 with my wife to have our late dinner. Staff who took my order seems rather impatient as she's rushing for my order. My wife and me like to order all kind of side dishes other then the main wherever we dine. But after ordering our main (wanton noodles), I am still looking at the menu for side dish, the cashier already asking for my payment. I then told her that I intended to order some side dish then she gave me those impatient look. Just after I successfully ordered a fish cake as most of the other items were sold out. When I intended to order the Set Meal by adding $1.20 to get a drink and dessert, she had concluded and asking for my payment impatiently. Tis was my 1st time having my meal without drinks.....

They used to serve the noodles in a bowl, but was told that it will be on a plate if the sauce is tomato sauce. So what’s the rationale behind that? There’s a difference being served between on a plate and on a bowl, and serving on a bowl tasted much better than on a plate. And when requested for the noodles to be served in a bowl, the staff refused and said that it’s management’s decision. So management, what is the logic behind this??

The fried wanton was very crisp & flavorful while the barbecue pork (charsiew) was sweet but not so tender. The noodles were springy and a little dry. The spicy version was very spicy. Coffee is not recommended. Tea is slightly better. Gingko dessert is good.
