Aug 2021 Ordered in for lunch but, unfortunately, the meal was not as good as expected. The belachan chicken was very dry and did not taste much of the chilli. The nasi lemak was okay, but pretty ordinary, while the Penang laksa was also okay. My wife felt it was too sour, but I did enjoy the bits of sardines, chilli, and thr fresh onions. The mee tai mak like thick noodles were a little strange, I thought. Dec 2020 We ordered the mee goreng for dinner and then had the char kway teow and beef kway teow the next day at lunch when we happened to be at White Sands. The mee goreng was tasty, but could have been spicier. My wife said her ckt was bland, but I found the broth of the beef kway teow to be nice, with hints of star anise. The beef bits and innards were a tad hard though. Service was good and the food arrived within 10 minutes. For the beef kway teow, they have a lunch promotion which includes a lychee drink.

Mr Samuel was very welcoming and friendly! He even checked with me as I ordered my daughter meal double. Mr Donnie Lim was so super friendly too and even checked on us. I appreciate the concern. Great hospitality by the team! My daughter will come back for more fish and chips! Delicious food too.

Have been a regular patron for past few years, dining in regularly with the kids, before the pandemic. Always enjoyed the delicious food and the slurpicious hot Yuan Yang (to be served after the meal, please). But what was most impressive is how Mr Luis, the server, always remembers our likes, dislikes and offers the best service experience. The rest are friendly and efficient too. But Uncle Luis is the best!

Ordered their Penang Fried Kuay Teow and Egg Fried Rice. The fried rice was okay like average kind. The kuay teow was bad, it was similar to covering and soaking it in oil. Worse still would be the serving of "Vegetable Crackers". Most restaurants, if serving this kind of finger food would be like peanuts and free of charge. If not for me reading their notice beforehand, I would have started eating and get charged for it unknownly. At the end, they even asked me to scan and post a review. Saying their names and asking for a 5 star review. Would've put a 1 star review, but I'm trying to judge purely on their food and service.

Lovely lunch, the staff like Grace are all so helpful and efficient. Loved the Kway Teow best, white curry was tad too spicy. Overall delicious and value for money.

It has been a while since I last dined in at Penang Culture, due to limited choices for my daughter (young & unable to take spicy food) ? Today I decided to go back as I am really craving for their rojak & satay & milk tea ?? The rojak still tastes as good and the satays are yummy too! If the restaurant can add in more non-chilli dishes I think they will attract more customers.
