Dearborn Granola - 1 Everton Park

HANDS DOWN THE BEST GRANOLA my fiancee and I have ever had! We got the dark chocolate macadamia nut granola and it was amazing! They use the highest quality ingredients and it shows. Chef Chris definitely knows what he is doing!

Something I didn’t know: apparently @dearborn_sg granolas are pretty well-known - I see alot of people picking up bags and bags of granola during the hour I was there. Haha! I wasn’t particularly hungry, thus i got their strawberries and cream granola bowl (fresh strawberries, dearborn granola, cranberry granita, crème fraiche ice cream and lemon oil). Overall, I thought it was ok. I did feel that it was much on the sweeter side to be honest. The different elements were well executed and I could make them out equally, the texture layering was great too but I just felt that it could have been a bit…more. Perhaps more of a flavour burst, more unique flavour combinations etc. It was a good bowl of granola bowl to try but i’m not sure it is great enough to want this 14 dollar granola bowl again. On the flipside, the yuzu and citrus soda was really good - well balanced, fragrant and a good thirst quencher. Would have that in a heartbeat.

A hidden gem in the neighborhood. No dining in table but have a few cozy benches on the corridor. Ricotta is a must but only available on Saturday.

amazing granola. you find it hard to justify the $28 granola price tag. while it is good, it feels like much of it is because the chef have worked at fancy places prior. granola with yogurt aside, get the drinks!!! particularly the yuzu & citrus soda. so refreshing and yummy. might not be back for their granola but would grab their drinks if i’m ever nearby again. ps: they encourage you to BYOB (bring your own bag) for the granola. love the tiny step businesses are taking towards sustainability.

The best granola I’ve ever had. Come on the weekend and enjoy the delicious sourdough and the yummy special butter. I also love how the owners are promoting sustainability with BYO containers for granola refill!

Amazing granola bowl in the neighborhood!! The yogurt was so light and fluffy, it tasted so good with the granola!! The flavours were so special and I'd definitely head back again for more!

TOAST ($6) Hands down the yummiest sourdough & butter (Smoked cheddar and chilli) I’ve ever tasted so far!! Definitely coming back to get a jar of their butter and the sourdough ? CUCUMBER & LEMON SODA ($6) A very refreshing drink which was perfect for the hot day!

Pretty good granola. Started on my glass of Dark Choc Hazelnut Sea Salt granola, so good eating on its own. Found mango and strawberry yogurt in my fridge, both are far to sweet to go with the granola. Any way to lower the sugar content? Else I need to get plain yogurt and it will be perfect! I’m looking forward to trying their other flavours. Oh yes, did someone ask about the nutrition facts. Would love to see that too.
