Very poor customer service, in the midst of making my order and was told by another staff to walk around the mall as there are no available seats. Asked for an approximate waiting time and was told "cannot wait outside and depends on your luck, so up to you." Limited seats, we understand. But the crew attitude is dismissive and he was on his phone most of the time and not attending to any of the current customers either. Came back 30 minutes later to check and repeated the initial order I made and was told item is not available. What a waste of time.

J	James Verheggen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ always loved the chicken mayo,it's a shame how far the brand has fallen since it's golden years a decade ago,service can be better but can see the staff are trying their best..will still return for it's chicken mayo sandwich. came back today and was really impressed with Ching Yong's attitude despite being alone n clearing a long line of guests. she really deserves a compliment.

And she allowed me to sit down while my partner get some food and hot drink for me. The staff came to pass me with a cup of hot water while I waited for my food. Thank you for your care for customers.

Love their crossaint because of the generous amount of topping they give, but feels like the standard of the corssaint itself has dropped. The mushroom soup add on recommended by the staff was blek. Tasted like instant soup that you can make yourself. Still a nice place to chill if you wanna have a coffee break.

The outlet adopts a free seating policy so feel free to just walk in, chope a seat and proceed to the counter to order. I ordered the beef lasagne and opted for the set meal with a lemon tea and a mushroom soup. Think the total damage was around 20 bucks but with the quality of the food - it was well worth it. Will definitely visit again.

Although quite disappointed for them to use the head of the kiwi? for the Tart as I can't eat it then and it's not right, kindly take note and be careful in future Tart as this part of any fruit should be dispose?. Overall still good? though. #msgreedysis #greedybuddiez
