β β β β β This outlet at Jewel doesn't seem to have some dishes available. Taste wise is also sub-standard. When I was there with my family, only 2 serving staff and the staff didn't even refill our water after we indicated our needs to have water refilled. I would.not visit again.

β β β β β Good as always. If you have kids, order the chicken soup. It is yummy! Fried rice is definitely a must to order. So many good food, so little tummy space. Wished we took pics but the whole battalion was too hungry.

Nice & friendly staffs, cozy environment. Table not close to each other.

β β β β β went at 745pm on monday evening and there was no queue. food standard was pretty consistent with the other outlets. service was great as well! itβs been a while since iβve dined at DTF and i am happy they now use QR code to order online instead of the traditional pencil and paper.

β β β β β Not so crowded on a Friday afternoon lunch time, and got seats pretty quick. Due to manpower issues, they managed your expectations by informing which dishes you may have to wait longer, i.e. the steamed dumplings around 20-30 minutes. Like most reviewers here and many places, taste, presentation etc. were all pretty consistent and standard throughout all branches.
However, what really impressed me here was a staff by the name of Shine (or Shinee), a gentlemen whom was really professional and friendly when serving drinks. It is very rare to see someone in the F&B line providing service in Singapore to be so sincere and polite and really treats his customers like his guests at his home, and the business his own. Hope he gets many nice customers treating him equally nicely, and the company treating him good as well. I wish him the very best!
