Walking into Nexus feels very different from any other aesthetic clinics I've gone too. You walk in feeling very welcome and comfortable by the nurses. Dr Samantha and her team were very professional and patient in explaining the details each step of the way that it was such a breeze and painless to sit through the entire procedure. For a clinic in Somerset, they are very reasonably priced and most importantly, the results were effective. Can't wait to be back again! Kudos to Samantha and her team of nurses. You guys are awesome ❤

It was superb experience at Nexus Aesthetic clinic. Dr. Samantha is so pretty, kind and very patient to explained detailed before any procedure. Therapist is also sweet, pleasant, and very understandable with what I need. Definitely worth coming to this clinic. Beside that, Love the set up in the clinic, lighting and the overall ambience is nice. Feels comfortable while in the clinic.

I was due to fly back to Malaysia but was tested positive. It was unexpected and clearly I was in a huge disappointment. My sincerest gratitude to Dr Samantha Tay and her team of professionally trained staff who have helped lightened up my spirit throughout this Covid ordeal. I truly appreciate all of the effort put in by Dr Tay, for going the miles to ensure I received the most accurate information on Covid travelling measures, even by the means of contacting me during outside of business hours due to its urgency. Thank you once again for your excellent work, and btw, I didn’t even think my nose got poked - the experience was smooth and gentle so 5 stars for that!

Thank you so much Dr Samantha and her team of professional staffs! My hubby and I went for our pre-departure PCR test yesterday at Nexus Aesthetic. There was zero discomfort and we did not feel anything. Dr Samantha was very gentle during the whole process. It was a pleasant experience with Dr Samantha and her team at Nexus are very friendly! Prior to booking with Nexus, I have actually googled a lot of clinics for PCR tests certified by MOH. The reason I chose Nexus is because of the good reviews I read on google! Im glad I made the right decision to come here. I love the part where it is appointment booking based so I can plan my schedule in advance! I inquired via google message and they replied me promptly the next morning, whatsapp me timely with all the information required for PCR tests. The whole process from inquiries to making an appointment, PCR tests by Dr Samantha and receiving my results, it was smooth and breeze! Nexus Aesthetic team contacted us the next morning to inform us about our PCR results and emailed the document to us. Prior to that we actually got our results via Singpass during midnight. We are amazed at the timely results. I am very thankful for Dr Samantha and her team! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant, friendly & professional environment! You will be in good hands at Nexus! :)

Overall experience was great. I did a facial session there. I was attended by Rachel. She was gentle, bubbly and hospitable. The receptionist is also very kind and helpful. It was a relaxing time and I feel my skin cleared up after their treatment. Highly recommended!

Dr Samantha is really the best. She gives great advice on aesthetic treatments and she makes sure that the entire process is comfortable for her patients. She has a great hand, no pain at all the entire time. Oh she also makes sure to follow up all the time. Her staff aren’t pushy with sales either, they would just inform you of promotions (if any) and give your information when you ask for it. Also! The clinic is beautiful and the resting/facial beds are so comfortable (more comfy than hotel haha). Most other aesthetic clinics have seriously hard beds, make you feel like you are in hospital, sick and nervous ? … but nexus has a really comfortable vibe throughout so you’ll feel less anxious on your first visit.

Did a facial today with Rachel and it was amazing! It was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. She did an amazing job with the massage and was super professional and friendly. The clinic itself also looks amazing and is super clean and comfortable! My skin feels a lot smoother after the facial too and is super hydrated and glowy~ super happy with the results!
