★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here used to be pretty rude but since they changed the staffs I guess they are more kind.
The coffee are up to standard and their chery cakes and croissants are good. They can have baguettes a bit earlier to serve morning customer's.
Also in the future hope to see chocolate cakes that don't include alcohol for children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their cakes!! Ordered the Jan special - Raspberry-Chocolate Mousse-Pistachio cake (sorry don’t remember the official name) but those flavours stood out and fused together beautifully!! On top of that, it looked like stunning! What a piece of art! Inside and out! After such a successful finish to this cake (medium size was finished by 2 of us in 3 days!) I ordered their classic strawberry torte for an anniversary celebration! This was also very good! The almond/ nuts layer outside gave a lovely crunch to the mildly sweet cream and sponge cake and tangy strawberries! Was a delight! Definitely one if my go-to places for celebration cakes now..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the lounge ambience here and the cakes are absolutely delicious esp the hazelnut praline. My friend ordered the hot cross bun, it was unfortunately not very authentic and came with colourful candied fruits inside. The pricing is very much that of a 5 star hotel except you don’t get service and the barista is not the most cheerful or careful about the cups placement to ensure nothing falls. Walk-in only, would love for them to change up a little for reservation possible and service for the price charged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a cake and this is how it arrived. The cake box is obviously too big for the cake causing it to move around during the delivery. An unacceptable error for a dessert store to make. Tried calling the store for more than 30mins now, no one is answering. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious bread - especially the truffle mushroom one and the chocolate one. Best to reserve your loaf since it gets sold out quickly. The bread is so good that it can be eaten on its own and price is not too bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely atmosphere and delicious food. The service is also fine and the prices were generally okay for a hotel cafe. Really no complaints. I probably wouldn’t buy any of the cheeses or other Italian sundries here, as they’d be cheaper almost anywhere else, but for a coffee and something sweet, it’s reasonable and high-quality, and a comfortable place to take a short rest or kill some time. Their breads and pastries really are better than most other places. The sandwiches and yogurts are also good. Definitely worth a visit.
