β β β β β Visited on a weekday noon and booked via their website which gave 50% off the 2nd diner. Total of $80++ for 2 pax.
Food will be served to you directly, unlimited and you can ask for refills (though finishing 3 tiers on your own is surprisingly super filling). You can choose 2 different drinks for the entire dining experience, ranging from their teas to coffee and iced chocolate. But caution that once you choose your 2nd drink, you cant go back to the first.
Overall the food was not too bad and i loved the quiche. The desserts were overly sweet for me though it was still nice to have once in awhile. But im not a sweet tooth so may not be a good representation.
My verdict, good to try at least once but dont think i will be back so soon. Better to go with the 50% off, otherwise its really too pricey for the quality.

β β β β β This is now my favorite place for Hightea - food, tea selection, ambience and superb service from Ramesh & team.
Remember to choose their signature Regent Tea blend which has edible gold flakes inside. Itβs my favorite tea blend to go with all the food - I find it brings out the flavor of everything and I could drink it the whole day.
We were surprised with the wide variety of savory food served before the mini Hightea set was served. It is very filling that I did not eat dinner.
I am so glad that they are the only place with Hightea starting at 12pm (on weekends).
If you have not try it, this is definitely one of the to go places.
===========================
Recently went for their weekday Hightea (only 2pm-5pm time slot). This is meh compared to their weekend Hightea.
However, still in love with their Regent Tea Blends.

β β β β β Great service from the crew! They were so attentive throughout our high tea session. Love the festive high tea menu even though it costs more than usual ($72/pax), it came with 10 individually plated main course (savoury) and serving up platters of desserts (sweet + savoury). We also get a selection of 2 different drinks; mainly tea/ coffee. You get to request for more food as it is a buffet so come with an empty stomach and prepare to feast! Thank you Tea Lounge for the great experience! Happy tummy, happy mind!

β β β β β Visited on a weekday. Not too crowded which was great. The atmosphere should have been cosy and intimate as it is the Regent after all... BUT I was unlucky to be seated near a patron who talked very loudly non-stop throughout her meal. Food-wise the plain scones were fantastic (buttery, fragrant, crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside). Sandwiches were alright. Compressed watermelon had interesting texture and flavour. The foie gras in the choux was a little too gamey for me. Desserts were too sweet and rather one-dimensional. Would have preferred the strawberry tart and lemon financier to be more sour, to provide balance to the rest of the food. For some reason, many diners left the Ruby raspberry chocolate mousse cake untouched, maybe due to the unappealing green colour (?). It was actually quite delicious. I wished the tea menu would list down what went into each tea. I selected Fruit Symphony only to find it contained mint, which I dislike. Regent Singapore Blend had a refreshing fruity flavour and the gold flakes gave it an ultraluxe feel. The serving of iced coffee was huge. 2 beverage selections per diner. Staff service is alright. Cheerful and helpful. Food arrived quickly. All food items are free-flow. Takeaway of leftovers is NOT allowed. Per-entry parking coupon is available upon request but it seems that they provide only 1 coupon per table.

β β β β β Atmosphere, Service, Food... Awesome! This is definitely one of the best High Tea places. The mains were excellent for high tea standards (apart from the asparagus consomme). The salmon was light but had a very nice textured burst of flavour with the tobiko. The main stand outs were the chicken wings, kurobuta char siew, and roast beef.
Chicken wings reminded me of McCrispy and I know I'm comparing it to a fast food but c'mon, the McCrispy is really good haha. The mango salsa dip paired perfectly with this (and with every other dish actually).
Kurobuta char siew, oh... This sweet succulent piece of meat. It's very very good. Just try it. Pro Tip: you will get a different cut each time so if you have a preferred cut (leaner/fattier), just let them know.
Now, I have to talk about the service along with the roast beef. Firstly, the roast beef was seasoned very well and had a robust flavour. But the dish came with a mash potato side which I found too dry. Gave them some feedback and didn't expect anything back since I was done with the dish. A few mins later, the chef personally came out and presented another set of the dish! This time, it came with a creamy smooth mash and another version of the roast beef with less sauce but more spices. Man... that's quality service right there.
They listened to feedback, didn't let their pride get in the way, and presented an improved version almost immediately. This made the meal so much better.
All around, the service staff made us feel very special as they were so attentive to our needs.
The only drawback would be the high tea portion itself which was the 3-tier rack. Everything there was pretty mediocre and felt like an after-thought. It could be because the mains were so good but I do hope they put more effort into it.
Will definitely be back!

β β β β β Great service and food! We had the festive weekday high tea at $52/pax with 20% credit card discount. The staff were so prompt in service and the savoury snacks were my favorite.

β β β β β 1. Nice ambience and comfortable seats. Came here for my anniversary with wife and had a special request for a small surprise for her ( a slice of cake with wordings)
2. The Chinese weekday theme afternoon tea food is unique
3. Their house blend chinese tea "Regent Blend" is exceptionally good and definitely worth having top ups. The aroma and aftertaste of the tea helps to get rid of the sweetness of the pastries.
4. Friendly and attentive staffs (e.g. Alice in particular) that is always there to help you and explain the dishes and types of tea.

β β β β β Good selection of tea from the gryphon tea company. Had the festive high tea set and I enjoyed the savoury food as well as the quiche and the scones. I especially liked the spinach and cheese quiche. Scone here was good - served with clotted cream, butter and jam. I could not appreciate the sweets as much, but it was well presented and I liked that there were festive touches put to the high tea set. Service here is prompt when clearing the table and settling the bill.
