Home cook meal is always the best: hygiene and creativity. Dom's Private Kitchen fits the bill. They deserve a 6*. The experience we had was just mind blowing: Ambience: take in the stunning views from the balcony accompanied with Peranakan-inspired home furnishing. Cuisine: fusion Thai-Spanish. The meal was insanely delicious right from the first course to dessert, by the way, we had 9 course. To die for dish: I have no choice but to mention 2 or more if I may: Thai Paella Seafood: Using Basmati Rice instead of the typical Spanish Rice was a genius creation. It was so refined. The combination of Thai-Spanish Paella was awesome. Seafood was so fresh making the dish very delectable. Thai Otak: This dish is out of the world. Otak that melts in your mouth...with a generous portion of fresh fish. It was better than the ones in Thailand.... Hosts: Extremely friendly couple ensuring one a pleasant and relax dining experience. As I write this review, I am drooling... Can't wait to be back to Dom's Private Kitchen.

Dom’s private kitchen is the epitome of private dining. Everything was arranged with great attention to detail; from the amazing view we had to the entertainment provided by Dom and his wonderful family. The food itself was delicious and cooked with passion, with each dish making me wish I had the ability to eat an unlimited amount. If you’re looking for good company, an amazing meal with a superb view, Dom’s private kitchen is the one for you!

Dom's Private Kitchen was my very first private dining experience, I can't say enough how mind blowing his food was that evening. His creativity was clearly evident in the dishes he so artistically put together. Not forgetting the AMAZING view in the balcony definitely a night to remember. 10/10 experience will definitely be back.

Had the pleasure of enjoying my first private dining at Dom's place and what a gastronomical experience it was for me and my family. The Thai fusion fare was simply amazing and not forgetting the wonderful hospitality by Dom, Yvonne & Simorrah. Luv all the dishes that Dom so passionately prepared, especially the Thai seafood paella which blended so well with the Hor Mok (Thai style otak) and it was just sensational to the palate ! Thanks Dom & family, for an unforgettable evening !

Awesome host and amazing food! Woke up the next day still thinking of the thai seafood paella. First time trying ice vegetable which was very refreshing.

The Thai paella is awesome. Rice is well cooked with Thai curry. Great view from the balcony too.
