Domino's Pizza

I remembered when Domino's use to give out coupons for a free regular whether or not they arrived late. That motivated us to order regularly - to make use of the coupon before it expires. Now I don't receive that anymore and we don't order as often as before. Please start giving out coupons again!

I have order self pickup take away on 7:15pm and the time shows pickup time 8pm but after I reach this shop the staff ask me to wait another 1and half hours until 9:30pm, my dinner can become supper if like this

Freshly baked pizza right outta oven always tastes best!! Especially when it's a Domino's!! My personal fave flavour is classified chicken, heck... Any pizza covered in their top secret sauce is a die die must try!! And do opt for their chocolate lava pie/cake if you think you still have room for more, it's sinfully delicious =P PS - I'm giving it only 4 stars because most of us don't usually get a chance to eat it straight outta the oven, hence the taste does more or less gets compromised if you eat it later rather than sooner :)

3rd time in a row that order doesnt get delivered on time, infact delay is not 5-10 mins, it is usually 30-40 mins additional time that makes almost 1+ hes waiting. Im still waiting for today's order and I am sure Pizza will be delivered Soggy as always. Its already 62 mins since I have ordered Pizza.. Cheryl on the cake is that their services on hotline is never reachable to customer agent. BAD SERVICE. We again need to eat Soggy pizza

Terrible . Never never same than promotion photo. I kwow it is not usually but its too sick.

Ordered pizza through their website at 730pm. ETA was 60mins later at 830pm. At 9pm, no pizza yet. Checked their site again and pizza was only still being prepared. Too hungry to wait. Called customer service to cancel. Took half an hour of being put on hold and being passed around different people until Domino's agreed to cancel the order. No apology, no voucher to try to assuage customer disappointment. Zero customer understanding or empathy. If you must order from Domino's, I suggest doing so at odd hours and not during mealtimes because they can't seem to manage. Or physically go to their outlets to order in person. Weird right? You'd think a global pizza chain would be professional and capable enough to handle food orders and deliveries (boasting of a "guaranteed fast delivery" on their website, no less) during meal times. Apparently, its all just an empty promise.

Domino’s pizza best taste out from the oven. Always a favourite to dine in. Approximately 20 min it is ready, sometimes the wait is longer due to high demands. Sometimes I request delivery service from this outlet, the experience eat a pizza after leaving oven and delivered to you is different even though it taste good. Friendly customer service. Clean & Air Conditioning environment. Handicap friendly. About 6 tables available for dine in. Toilet & wash basin available. Available carpark nearby (Behind outlet).

Stale as cardboard pizzas received an hour late and they absolutely do not honour their guarantees (in fact they revised their guarantee from late to 30mins late lol). Classified chicken did not use to look this calcified and lacking in onion or meat. Last time ordering from here and we strongly suggest you never order Domino's on special occasions (like X'mas or whatever) unless you wanna wait 2 hours. Easties - better to get Sarpino's or something else if you must have pizza.
