★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually love stopping by Donki for grocery shopping, but ytd we purchased a ready to eat Ika from the jem outlet which were not well-cleaned and has stones in them. Disappointed with the standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service in terms of Price honour. Shelf Price shown as $1 for a July expire product. However cashier system reflect as $2.90. Counter staff went back to back office twice and couldn't fix after 10min as we were kept waiting at the counter. Appalled by the inefficiency and staff not trained to handle such matter. Donki don't u provide telephone for counter staff to get supervisor support for price discrepancy?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super good place to purchase Japanese products. Good varieties, amazed with the cooked food varieties, fresh sashimi, sushi. Can buy and dine in.. even have a small drinking corner.. highly recommended.

Kajiken Mazesoba.. 1 for 1 just for 31st Mar to 2nd Apr ($12.80 for 2)
Surprisingly good.. Tasty and chewy ramen..Small portion of rice given to go with "left over" minced pork..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The frozen king crab legs are something that has been on our list ever since we visited Japan and tried some of those in the markets, and we finally tried it!
Not the best I must say, perhaps due to it being frozen and the hefty price tag of $95. Will not recommend or try it again..
There also isn’t much of a sushi ? selection since most of which are the more premium ones - can’t grab anything for under $2 to go.
That said, good selection in Donki overall, with various other snacks that are awesome ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He the best lunch quickie over a bowl of strong pork bone broth though ramen texture can be improve which I find it a little soft and soggy and the slice pork smells a little.
Surprised us cooked by a local young guy who seems tired to serve with a smile. Else it will be perfect by bringing out the Japanese flavour in both food and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can never resist dropping by if I see a donki store. The food is authentic and such good value, and there's always new and interesting items to please the foodie in me. The sweet potato is amazing and the mini bar at level 3 serves value-for-money alcoholic drinks. Pity I didn't try the drinks this time.
