Had been here 6 times and the experience is great, overall. The staffs are all friendly and easy to talk to. The last staff who aided me was Aries who is very attentive and caring. She is also good in explaining the procedure.

It was my first trial session (RET) and being served by Annie. She was friendly, nice, patience and detailed in explanation in doing her work. The staff are also friendly and welcoming. Overall a great experience. To Annie, keep up the good work!

Mandy was clear about treatment process, pricing and treatment duration. I liked that she provided suitable treatment recommendation for me and was clear in the pricing before treatment started. Vsna made the treatment process a comfortable and pleasant one. None of the team members were pushy but they kept me informed of current promotions. I would recommend it to anyone keen to try any services here.

Was attended by beautician Aries. She is proficient in the treatment and detailed about the whole process. Consultant was professional as well and there was no hard-selling. Quite satisfied with the outcome after just 1 treatment. Overall a pleasant experience with the clinic.

I had my laser treatment done by Aries. I believe that the results of the treatment depends on the aesthetician. And in all honesty, I can see the difference after the few sessions with her. I would definitely recommend her for so many reasons. Not only does she explain what procedure she is going to do next, she also made sure I was comfortable. She noticed that I was cold and she offered me an extra blanket or to turn on the bed warmer. She made sure that I get adjusted to the lighting and temperature of the laser treatment before it is applied. These are the extra touches that I am grateful for. I did not get that in my previous sessions and that can come off as a shock. There was no hard selling which is one reason why I enjoy this establishment. Not sure what was the name of the receptionist but she explained to me the products that they were selling that will be suited for my skin and my budget. She was very friendly too. Not to mention, good communication skills. I would definitely consider going back for treatments and for Aries to pamper me again. :) Thank you, ladies.

Staff Yin Yin is very helpful and friendly! She was very patient and guided me through the whole process even though I was scared. The team was very professional and Yin Yin was very knowledgeable, able to answer all of my questions and even gave me advices on how to care for my skin after the treatment. Greatly recommend this place!
