★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed my bowl of Ajitama Ramen, portion was just nice for 1 person, creamy rich broth of from the tonkotsu and noodle is cooked to the chewy point. Aji egg was also perfect too, priced at $13.90. Get the shopback deal with $1 off + karaage (freshly cooked, wish there was more). No GST & service charge, setting of a foodcourt (there are many other stalls ard too)Totally worth the price because the ramen standard reminded me of what I had in tokyo. Will come back again or try the other outlet for mazesoba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a massive fan of ramen and this place is one of my favourites. Lovely rich broth, large pieces of delicious pork and noodles that have a bite to them, it's a winning combination. The staff are also very nice and remember me when I come back, I'm very surprised to find this gem in the food court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the SPECIAL JUKUSEI TONKOTSU RAMEN ALL-IN TOPPING Ramen $15.90 and topped up $1 for a small soft drink.
For the price, the serving size and amount of ingredients was average.
The pork belly was nice and juicy but could have been softer for one of the pieces. The thin slice of cha shu was tender and slight above average.
I enjoyed the broth which was rich, meaty and robust but could have been hotter to compete with coldness of the Dondon Donki food court air-conditioning.
Crowds are back despite the pandemic and difficult to find seating on the Saturday night just before 7pm.
