★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is nice here as much as you would expect of any burger king. Unfortunately I felt the service here was slower than most other outlets I have been to. Also, 1 of 2 self-service kiosks had a non-functioning payment connection when I was there and it wasted quite some time queuing to use a machine that couldn't complete the order. An 'out-of-order' sign would have been nice. The seating area is usually almost full with just a few tables unoccupied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burger King pls hire more staff. Came to this Jem outlet on Sunday 29 May 9pm and to my surprise there's only 2 staff working. It's a busy weekend and next time I won't be coming here anymore. I don't want to overwork the staffs when they are already very underpaid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very slow staff, totally not enough staff to cope with the demand. Waited for 30 minutes to get a set meal. If the manager/staff thinks 30 minutes is still "fast", I suggest them look up the dictionary to see its definition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told by manager there are a lot of orders and waiting time will be 30min if I wanted to place my order. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant, but how come the waiting time is the same as a normal restaurant/cafe.. it wasn't even like there was a long queue either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super lousy branch, staff taking their own sweet time. Says order here at the counter but pushes u to the self order kiosk which also 1 spoilt. Long queue. Guy in black face mask is “Manager” but doesn’t even know how to manage customers lol. Still blasting their own song in the kitchen and taking own sweet time. Overall rude, slow and bad experience. Pathetic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really... I was thinking about when I had my first Swiss Mushroom burger.. But is my memory failing me how good it was way back then.
Now, it is not as juicy as before.
Sad.
