Visited clinic and see Dr less than 25 mins . But collection of medicine really too long about 1 hour . Previously collect the medicine less than 30mins . Noticed alot of patients start to feel abit impatient . I do hope that patient give less pressure to clinic staff . Now everyone is very stressful due to current situation but i believe everyone able show some concern and care. ;)

Searched for a nearest available clinic on a Saturday noon and I'm so glad they still took me in even though it was near closing time. Doctor was very attentive and kind and the two ladies at the reception were also courteous. Thanks to everyone at this clinic!

as explained by the staff when i went there last night, i got rejected at 730pm, i demanded for an answer and now i know why i always get rejected when i was there 2 hours before closing timing OPERATING HOURS morning 8am-3pm evening 630pm-930pm sunday 5pm-930pm REGISTRATION TIMING morning best before 10am evening best before 7pm sunday best before 7pm the amount of patient they acpt is calculated till their closing timing i guess thats why they keep saying theyre closed, it makes sense bc if they were to keep taking in patient till their closing timing (930pm) i think they will end up going home at 12am. they look tired when i went to collect my meds last time. even when i am not the last patient i left the clinic around 9pm. not sure if they got paid for working OT but if i were them i wldnt want to take the OT money when i am already so tired. i love seeing the drs there as theyre really nice i will still continue to support them and come as early as possible next time to Q and take a Q number ??

Whenever I'm sick, the first clinic I would go to will be Dr Chua family clinic. I like both Dr Chua and Dr Low. They are both very amazing. But it is an utterly disappointing TWO experiences with the counter ladieS. The first time I was bitten by bed bug and I went go at 230pm. They told me there's too many patients and their registration is closed. And I can't buy the medication as I need to consult the doctor first. No choice I have to bare with the itchiness for the next few days as I have my work. And I understand that is already 230pm, the clinic close at 3pm. The 2nd BAD experience is today. I went to the clinic at 130pm. They told me they are closed for the day as there's too many patients. Sound familiar? Yup that's the 2nd time they use the same reason and do not allow me to consult the doctors. I've been sick for the past few days and it's gotten worse as my voice seems to be getting bad. They LADIES told me, oh.. you have to come down early blah blah blah. So if people have to wfh then what are we supposed to do? The thing is, they never even ask the doctor whether he's ok to allow one more patient. They straight say, oh.. we already rejected many of the patients. Wow... amazing.. like that we all no need to consult the doctors already.

Saw Dr Chua once, and I was truly impressed by his patience and medication prescribed. Subsequently, we saw Dr Low twice and I have mixed feelings about this clinic. I agree Dr Low is nice and friendly, but he always seem to be in a rush to send us out of the room. Not only does he talks veryyyy fast, he has this overly positive vibe that seems to dismiss all your concerns as unnecessary...when I haven't even finished completing my question....hfffmph. And I honestly think he isn't very thorough in his check too. And on the contrary to most reviews here, I think the reception staff are really nice and friendly!

Went once before had an overall good experience. But today I tried to bring my very sick boyfriend down to see at 12.50pm and they were already closed. I was so enraged as my boyfriend had such a hard time coming down to the clinic and it was closed when on google it was stated that it will be open till 3pm. It was so heartbreaking to see my boyfriend vomit his way to the clinic and back home. Wasted his energy when he is already so sick. Please update your opening hours, it is seriously not a joke when a very sick person had to waste his precious energy just to get tricked by your opening hours. Walk in clinic? So upset for my poor boyfriend.

We could grab a number and didn't need to line up for hours with our sick baby. We called in and were updated on our position while we walked around. The Dr was very polite, patient and thorough despite how busy it was. Highly recommended.

Doctors are very nice and detailed, been my doctor since young. However the older pharmacist/nurse is really unfriendly. Ever since Covid-19 started, I never manage to get a queue number. Reached there at least 2hr before closing, and always get rejected. Whether there are a lot of people waiting or barely anyone the staffs uses the excuse to reject patients.
