Waited over an hour, doctor only saw 5 patients within the hour I waited. In addition to that, I noticed other patients waiting another 20-45mins for their prescription. Quite frankly, I felt embarrassed for the clinic.

Both doctors are helpful, friendly & have a lot of patience with their patients. I love how they really care for their patient's well-being & that shows how passionate they have for their line of work. You don't see such doctors like that nowadays. Consultation & meds are affordable. The only thing is they only accept cash. The front counter assistants could improve more in the way they greet their patients. They are really lacking of it. Perhaps a little bit more friendly with a smile on their faces. Such small gesture goes a looooooong way. =))

Doctors I've been seeing since young. They moved from old boon lay drive 180 which was demolished to their current location. Price is super pocket friendly compared to many others. Do note that they only accept cash payments and there are no ATM except at the cc and shopping centre about 5-8min walk away. Doctors are patient and nice. I've went to other clinics as an adult by now but I always return to them most days. I did all my vaccination when younger here instead of the polyclinics, even some other vaccinations like hep b etc are available (: they are very good with needles. Counter ladies are some aunties and on rare cases, they may sound naggy but mean no harm. Can only say, it's a clinic still with a lot of human touch (:

This is a very under-rated family clinic. Certainly 5/5 stars for the (3) doctors who are dedicated and experienced, same goes to their clinic team. I moved to this estate about 4 years ago. My uncle neighbour recommended the clinic to us. I visited them a few times in the past 4 years especially when my toddler is sick. 1. My son has asthma syndrome. Doctor sat us down and eductated us on child's asthma for a good 40 minutes (on weekday). 2.We visited the clinic a few times (<10 times), doctors listened to us and explained to us. They are kind and genuinely care about their patients. These kind of doctors nowadays are very rare. We are blessed to have them in our neighbourhood. They're not your company clinic's doctors who rush to issue a bag of medicines. 3.My indonesian helper did her 6m checkup there. Doctor talked to her in bahasa. 4.I took my flu vaccination there, doctor's skill is impeccable. 5.Since covid there have been a lot more crowds. Doctors are seemingly weary, conversations with patients were shorter last time but their standard still maintain. Please bring cash and walk-in only (no appointment.

Extremely polite and professional doctor. I'm surprised I saw himself setting up the chairs instead of his staff. Truly remarkable. Even ensured my my sickness was in good hands. Thank you.

I was attended to promptly by the doctor, who was super friendly and jovial. Very reassuring, he said he would get me everything I needed - great bedside manner! Counter staff were efficient and polite. Only cash payment accepted but you can also pay via PayNow.

Bad service. I brought someone to the clinic with a fresh deep wound (in need of stitching) with blood even dripping on the floor. The reception counter staffs were so slow to attend to us and even told us to wait for our turn because theres too many people. But this is a situation which needs immediate attention and is an emergency, why is no one doing anything. Just 5mins would be enough to clean the wound and bandage it before it gets infected. I even asked for a first aid kit at least so i can attend to her in the meantime. The staffs were so adamant and rough, speaking in chinese, not even sure of their own protocol and telling me they dont have a first aid kit, insisting that we wait for our turn. The doctor came out of the room a few times and saw the casualty groaning in pain but did not do anything except to call another person’s name in the queue only until the casualty had enough and barge into the room for the doctor’s help, then he attended to her. How can the staffs in the clinic not be trained basic first aid to do something first if the doctors are actually busy. Theres at least 3 staffs in the reception who can help.

Dr. Lee Pheng Soon is very professional. Despite attending to so many patients, he is still all smiles and brings humour to them. Very thankful to have him at a neighbourhood family clinic. Hopefully this clinic will soon accept NETs and other forms of cashless payments.
