โ โ โ โ โ I enjoyed my experience of getting my lashes done at Dr Lash by therapist Selene. She was very patient to advice me on the suitable lash style for my big day. I must say that my lashes turned out really beautiful. The lashes were comfortable and light too. Will definitely return back to Dr Lash!?

โ โ โ โ โ Touch-up at Orchard Central was disappointing as
1. They did not inform me that the price quoted was before GST charge
2. They automatically added a lash spa during the service which costs another $18 before GST without informing me beforehand
3. The lashes look vastly different from the first round at Paya Lebar. Not sure if it is because the lash technician did not ask me for the length and curl i did previously or the service is not the most consistent
I was charged $103.20 instead of the $73.40 quoted. I think the customer ought to know if theyโre expected to pay >30% above what was quoted to them.
Overall not a pleasant experience especially for the hefty price tag. Would not recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ I tried the new Blaire lashes and was really surprised how natural Blaire looks! The stylist who was helping me mentioned I usually went for the more natural style of lashes so she kinda warned me about Blaire maybe being a bit more wispy? But I love it!
Also, I like how much everyone understands about lashes. I was told my left lashes are a little weak so I was suggested to apply the lash serum and rest my lashes until CNY to do a fresh set. A very professional team of stylists at Dr Lash. Love how they even took the initiative to help me book my CNY appointment in advance

She is patient, never pushy with sales and most importantly great lashcraft skills that can actually put you to sleep during the session.

โ โ โ โ โ Itโs my first time trying out Dr Lash and as a first timer, I went in not knowing which style would suit me best and ended up picking something I was not too comfortable with. But Evelyn from the Orchard Central branch was kind enough to address my concern and adjust my lashes to make them look more suited to what I was comfortable with. Thanks Evelyn!

โ โ โ โ โ I have never done a lash extension that took a full 2.5 hours! Its far too long. Receptionist told me it was so long becoz that specific lash technician is usually quite slow. Being a first time customer, the least the company can do is to assign me a more experienced technician. What a disappointment considering all the good reviews i have seen and expected a much better experience.
Update on 17 Jun: Got a follow-up call from Ellen the branch manager and went back for a touch up session. Another therapist Yvonne attended to me and did my lashes promptly and skillfully. Very pleased with the service this time and many thanks to Ellen for the good service recovery

โ โ โ โ โ Been patronising here for more than a year since itโs near my workplace, and I must say that I do feel welcome, no hard selling of packages here,
Shoutout to front counter staff, Evelyn, who also did my lashes once - which lasted for more than a month, adding on, not only is she friendly, she does listens attentively to the many customers as well. Thank you to the lash therapists Vicky, Yvonne and Selene whom have attended to me before, for being so patient and detailed in their craft. Lashes are comfortable, and very lightweight, at the same time, they donโt appear to be over the top. Please send them my regards. At the end of the session, free lash comb and hand wipes will also be given.
Would recommend Dr Lash to my friends! Thumbs up to the team, keep it up ???
