β β β β β Terrible customer service. Poor communication between branches and stock is not updated. Received faulty product and had to call 3 times for a refund. Tried to buy online afterwards and was also offered a refund due to their poor internal communication. I have never experienced such terrible service. After all that trouble, all i received was a very poorly written informal apology.

β β β β β The customer service is so good here ? The two ladies were so helpful, especially the lady with the glasses who was really patient with helping us find our sizes. I donβt wanna be mean about the other outlets because they are helpful too, but the service here is actually so much better that I would rather just shop at this one from now on. Itβs also not as crowded comparatively on the weekends so ?

β β β β β The ladies there were wonderful! Just bought my first pair of Doc Martens (8/12) and the young lady was so patient with me, helping me with my questions and even offering me a shoehorn to help with the fitting. The other lady also came to help out at the end when I was looking at socks to go with the boots.
I was at another Doc Martens outlet (which I wonβt name) and received next to no service.
Will surely come back to Funanβs Doc Martens for future Doc Martens!

β β β β β Staff assisting me was very warm and welcoming. She assisted me in the sizes that i should get and also constantly asked if the fit was good. She also shared the discounts that i can use through atome. That way, i did saved a little. Thanks for the service and keep it up ??

β β β β β Best Dr. Martens store in Singapore. Got my daughter her very first pair of docs here at their Funan branch. The staff are so lovely, attentive and very detailed here. They took good care of us when we tried looking for a perfect pair and even took reservation for the one which happened to be out of stock at that time. Highly recommend! When the new stock arrived they called me and updated me promptly. Excellent customer service received consistently. Kudos to the staff!
