Dr Tan is very patient and very responsible. Baby was in breech and doctor explained the risks for the different options available very clearly so that we could make an informed choice. C sect procedure went smoothly and stitching was done well and baby is healthy ? Even post surgery I received close observation and care from Dr Tan and he was very careful to ensure that my wound recovered well ???? Highly recommended!

Being a first time parent, me and my wife are very anxious and have lots of queries on how pregency will go about etc. Dr Tan never fails to give us the proper advise and always ensure that we leave each visit with a smile on our face and making us look forward to every visit. The nurses (Gladys and Ros) always make us feel welcome and never fail to chat with us. My wife's pregnancy process was not the smooth sailing kind, in between the trimester, she felt unwell at certain time and each time we contact Dr Tan or the nurse (Gladys or Ros), they never fail to give us the advise and ensure us that everything is going well. During the delivery process, my wife was in labour for an extremely long period of time and Dr Tan never fail to keep us updated on the baby's condition and was very patient with us as we wanted to go for natural delivery. Dr Tan monitor my wife and the baby condition very closely and ensure us that we are in the right track. Our little one was delivered by Dr Tan safe and sound. The whole process was quick and Dr Tan make the whole process as quick and easy for my wife. His skills are remarkable and no words can describe how thankful we are to have him as our gynae. Thank you so much Dr Tan! Delivered my first baby in May'21 via cesarean by Dr Tan. He was the first OBGYN we visited, liked the friendly vibe of his & his lovely nurses which we then decided to sign on delivery package. During normal routine checks, he was eager to answer all your queries. When i experienced slight spotting issue in second trimester, he was often available via whatsapp and would check back on me periodically. That made me felt assured. When we were preparing for natural labor in delivery room at late night, he would check on baby's vital sign results even when he was not physically in the hospital and rush down when fetal heartbeat showed signs of distress for my emergency cesarean procedure. As he is a popular Doctor, his clinic could take a bit of wait. But surely the cheerful Nurses Gladys & Rose made up for it :) Ps. Thank you nurse Gladys for being so motherly, always remember patients by name and gave me good recommendations.

I just delivered my first baby with Dr Tan Kai Lit at Thomson Medical Centre recently. During my entire pregnancy, Dr Tan was very knowledgeable and helpful. He always answered our enquiry patiently. He and his teams, Gladys and Rosalind, always welcomed us with a warmth smile. When I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes, Dr Tan and his nurse, Gladys, quickly arranged the necessary arrangement for me to learn on the dietary restrictions. They always followed up with me to ensure that I'll be able to deliver a healthy baby. As I am rather petite, My husband and I decided to delivered through c-section. Before the operation, Gladys recommended me to get the binder from Dr Tan which I have no regrets in getting it. It helps me in my recovery. During the operation, we were very impressed by Dr Tan's skills. I was able to walk on the second day of the operation without feeling uneasy. Dr Tan's fees were rather affordable compared to other gynae that I have heard of. Rosalind shared with us Dr Tan's package and we immediately signed up without hesitation because we knew that we will be in good hand. Till now, we have no regrets in engaging Dr Tan as our gynae. Strongly recommend to those who are looking for experienced and skillful gynae. We will definitely ask Dr Tan to deliver our second child if we have one in the future.

Everyone would congratulate the parents and attention would all be on the baby once he/she is born, but the team behind this happy occasion is often unrecognized. Having a great obgyn is absolutely necessary and Dr Tan is definitely one of them. We had a quick and smooth delivery and I recovered extremely well. We always leave his clinic feeling assured and looking forward to the next. Indeed, he responds to our queries patiently, presenting scientific facts that would help us in decision making. Ros and Gladys also played a huge role in our journey, making every visit such a warm and pleasant one! Being a first time mother, I was clueless on how I should select my Gynae. My husband and I did not know what to do and we saw a total of 3 gynaes. After a very disappointing experience at KK, we decided to visit Dr Tan as our friend highly recommended him to us. Gladys and Ros were the fairy godmothers that made us feel very welcomed and assured. Always very thoughtful and kind. It feels like returning to home every time we visit the clinic. Dr. Tan has been very responsive and attentive to any medical concern that I have during and after the pregnancy. He is a pro natural birth gynae who has convinced and converted my decision from c-sec to natural birth. Dr Tan is meticulous, decisive and everything we look for in an obstetrician. He takes time to answer all our queries.
