Took my IWC watch to replace strap I've bought online (due to complicated proprietary design) but found out that there was fitting issues. Left the watch at their premises (at their request) so that they can explore alternatives. Upon further confirmation that the strap I bought was incompatible, Laurie (Draco Design's Boss) went a step beyond and offer to try and customize a strap for me. The final outcome was astounding as the alternative strap (genuine alligator leather) was beyond my expectations and I really love every bit of it. I would highly recommend Draco Design to anyone who wants to maintain the value of their expensive watches. They are THE PROFESSIONAL!

He was very accommodating to my schedule and got the parts specially in time to repair my watch. This is the second time I’ve trusted Laurie and his team with my watches. The first time was to repair the jubilee bracelet on a very old watch of mine. They did such a good job with it. Fuss free, great conversation and sharing as well Thanks a lot!

Sure enough, sent my Omega in recently and Laurie handled it with the highest attention and spared no detail. Full overhaul was done including polishing, making a 1970s piece look like a 2020 watch. As well as to the best accuracy of 6.6s. Tip top!
