First time pc builder here, and visited dynacore a month ago. Went on a weekday which was supposed to be slower. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and helped me with very close alternatives for the same prices when some of the parts that I wanted were out of stock. They even reminded me that there was thermal paste provided with the coolers, saving the extra costs for me. Would definitely recommend coming back. Prices are very reasonable and had a very smooth experience procuring my pc items. A personal shout out to Abdul for going the extra mile. Thank you! [ Pardon the mess and lighting. Been looking around for new PC to replace my son laptop. Always in favour of custom PC instead of famous brands pre-built desktop. Was quite surprised on how expensive GPU is now... So I did a lot of parts research for the past few weeks and looked around for reputable shops at the same time. Somehow with leap of faith, decided to settle down on Dynacore Invader series and was introduced to Abdul. Whatsapp conversation lasted about 1.5 days as I have few parts to upgrade. Was quite pleased that we managed to squeeze in a better GPU. After getting the Invoice and make payment over PayNow, PC was delivered the next day on 11.11. PC came with all the individual parts boxes eventhough it was pre-built, which is nice. My only concern is that the AIO cooler tubes was too near the rear exhaust fan, think only 1-2mm gap. So I turned the radiator to face the front and looks much better now. My son was ecstatic with all the ARGB lightings and how cool it look esp with the Be Quiet 500DX case. Thanks Dynacore. Thumbs up for Abdul for being patient in checking stocks and providing good recommendations. Highly recommendded this shop!! Update: 26 Apr 22 My PC got blue screen and I just cannot get it fix. Then Abdul was kind enough to help me rectify it at the shop. Well what can I say, very delighted with the after service. While waiting at the shop, some customers thought I am working there and asked me the prices of some items haha. Abdul, thumbs up again!!

First time Dynacore PC buyer here. To be honest, i had not heard of this company before. I had only come across this company when i was searching of other local DIY PC company. So out of curiousity, i had decided to check this out and i am so glad that i did so! Out of all the other DIY PC companies in Singapore, i had take the leap of faith to go with Dynacore because of the competitive pricing. After a week of usage after purchasing the Invader Master MK 1 package (Ready-to-ship), i've decided to review for this awesome company. Cons: - Received my PC with slight defect (bubbles) on the tempered glass - Didn't send the free gift (wireless speaker) during delivery Pros: - Competitive price among other local DIY companies - Wide price range of choices (including ASUS parts) - RGB lights for the components are able to disable, if you do not like fancy lightings. - Fast delivery: Placed my order on 20th Dec, and received my order on the 22nd Dec, with the delivery team constantly updating me of my order status. - Convenient delivery time window (for a price of 10SGD, 2pm-5pm or 6pm to 9pm) - Excellent customer serivce by Dynacore Team. Please bear with me to understand why. Staff (Basha): I had whatapp Dynacore once i had found the defect and replied to my whatapp within 1 hour and offered to do a one to one replacement for the defect and stated that his team will contact me to arrange for the replacement. Was also very patient in explaining the services that Dynacore provide, delivery timings, advise on Windows OS installation and how the activation license works. Staff (Abdul): Contacted me within the next 1 hour and offered to do a next day glass replacement for me or whenever date when i am free, together with the delivery of my wireless speaker, and they even do delivery on Christmas day if required. Staff (Ahmed): Due to the RAMS was out of stock, even whatsapp me to ask me if it is ok with me to provide me with a replacement of equivalent RAM (from Crucial Ballistix to Kingston Beast Fury), instead of just replacing it without any notification. Staff (Fedrick) Finally, the items were delivered and replaced professionally and quickly. - Fuss free component warranty: Took a good rest before i had decided to start registering for a minimum of 7 PC components' warranty, just to found out that they had all been registered by Dynacore's team! Thank you for saving about 2 hours of my life for me to avoid doing the warranties for my components. Thank you so much for your team's excellent service and you guys sure do deserve my time to write this review for your awesome company and service! Highly recommend! Take the leap, like i did!

Went over to buy parts for a full system and had the luck of having a great guy, Arsene, assist us. He was very familiar with the parts in store so the parts selection process and quotation was nice and fast. This man really just knows his stuff and didn't make me wait like I had to in other stores. I found the pricing to be the most competitive for my build after asking about 5 stores and they also clarified the warranty for all the parts which all look great, so it's definitely a store I would recommend!!

Very professional staff! The build was very clean and cable management was impeccably done. Went down, picked out ny parts and got my PC built on the same day. They even installed the drivers and didn't charge extra for installing unactivated OS. Great experience and highly recommended! (Case shown in photos is the Corsair 4000D QL Edition)

Excellent service by Abdul, very knowledgeable and helpful. Assembly was quick and top notch, honestly one of the best cable management I have seen yet. Great prices too, highly recommended. I will be returning to this shop for all my pc parts needs.

I was happy to purchase this PC's components from Dynacore due to their competitive prices. Ahmed was extremely professional in dealing with my quotations and subsequent queries on stock availability, he notified me as soon as the graphics card that I was seeking was available. Overall, my shopping experience with them has been more than satisfactory, and there is no doubt that Dynacore will be added to my list of go-to shops for PC components.

First time customer for Dynacore, went down with the core components I had in mind. Some items were out of stock but recommendations given was great as well. Recomended casing turned out better than I expected (really makes the cable management so much nicer and neater - props to the guy assembling my PC). Prices were more attractive than other vendors. I didn't tell them my budget but even with some upselling it was still within my budget. Overall had a great experience with fast and prompt service by the guy in-charge (Abdul).
