Recently bought an airwrap from the capitol branch and Bella was really amazing and helpful in teaching me about all the tools and demonstrating it on my hair. She also explained everything about all the products we were looking at (vacuum, light etc) Would definitely recommend coming here and asking for Bella :)

I was worried that my vacuum was going to waste as it was out of warranty but somehow he revived it! Thank you Lyana! I made my 2nd visit to the service centre yesterday and she solved my issue within 5 minutes. She took one look at the video of our problem and patiently explained how to clean our filters. Even though my vacuum was way past its warranty, she didn't hesitate to offer economical options. Thanks to her caring and patient demeanour, we are definitely staying big Dyson supporters of their high quality products.

My Dyson vacuum needed service today (it sounds funny n stop working after few seconds). After reading all the negative reviews, I am worry I will have the same bad experience. To my surprise, The Malay lady who serviced me just asked me to wait for 5 minutes n they will get it fixed. I walked in the mall n returned after 10 minutes, my vacuum already on the counter, test n it works properly. The girl told me they changed the motor in the vacuum n it shouldn’t have any problem again. I have no idea how long will it be last but I am happy to have such service from Dyson today. Thanks.

Two starts for two terrible and regrettable years with Dyson. I’m done with their products. Something is inherently wrong with the company. Once the darling of Singapore but now a brand that has lost its way from the engineering to customer service (a lack of). In total, I have wasted patient 20 plus hours either talking to customer service or driving down for service. For 2 years, the two lights I have turn off by themselves. Even my cheaper lights lasted longer. Yes, when within warranty, Dyson will produce repair or replacement. However, in a short while, the same problems occur. They have not found a solution or perhaps even attempt to do so. There is a inherent passive neglect. I have waited patiently for 1 year for replacement parts but was told of many excuses. Lights are now in the storeroom taking space. The last straw that broke the camel’s back is that the vacuum cleaner broke down yesterday and I went down for repair to Capitol for repair only to face a robotic, unsympathetic and passive aggressive response. Timing was perfect as it was out of warranty since Late April (2 mths ago) and was told to pay a large sum for repair. The point that irk me is that no one wanted to hear me out and the clueless girl who served me and nonchalant middle aged gentleman who was looking at his phone told me to complain to the customer service and this has nothing to do with them. You know what? They were right on paper but Dyson has lost once a loyal customer. If only they listened to my history of problems and offered a more pleasant and palatable advice instead of if you’re not happy, please wait till Monday to complain to customer service. I bid them my thanks, but went away dejected and determined never again to buy Dyson products. An expensive lesson. Please take my tale as a cautionary warning, products look good on paper but have shelf life that does not justify its price. Forget about service when things break down.

Had a great experience in this store as I asked the about what is the right replacement filter for my Dyson fan. Arnel helped me identify the right filter by showing me the older filters that is the same as what I currently have and showed me the new filter for my fan. He is indeed very knowledgeable and helpful. Will buy from here again.
