Did not see the reviews here before booking a health screening at this branch, and I really regret. Was served more than 1 hour after my scheduled appointment although I arrived ahead of time, because there were only 2 persons handling the blood test, BMI, reception etc. The male, more senior staff was sarcastic and curt and joked to customers that they have a manpower shortage and most of his staff were either on leave or is ART positive. Totally did not help given the fact that the other employee was regularly coughing. Absolute utter chaos. This place needs to train their employees on staffing planning and customer servicing.

I came here at my stipulated appointment time of 1130am however, I need to wait for doctor appointments. I am alright with waiting but what make me got angry is there is no empathy for a patient( wearing knee guard and slightly difficulty walking) . The health check up is level 2( only stairs) and I just recovered from a knee ligament swell. However, I have to go down just to drink water because of the urine test I have to do as part of a company medical check up. I asked for bottled water please in a polite way because of the inconvenience of my leg the counter mentioned that have to go down to level 1 to drink water for the Test.

Very bad service. Came in because my daughter is not well, asking for fever, flu and constipation medication, but the doctor refuse to provide my daughter the Fever and flu medication. The cost is no problem, but give us what we request for. Such an arrogant and cocky indian doctor. Not fit to be a doctor with such arrogant behaviour.

Went there for my covid test. I waited for the receptionist/nurse to finish whatever she was doing because I didn’t want to disturb her. She knew I was there but continued to let me wait without acknowledgment for a minute or two. When the other receptionist/nurse came out and saw me, she ignored me and went to her seat instead. Horrible service and unprofessional.

I went for my Sinovac vaccination on Thursday (pre-booked via MOH website). Level 1 is for consultation and it was slightly busy. There were people queuing at the front desk and it was orderly. I was directed to Level 2 for vaccination /checkup. To avoid the queue, I would recommend putting up a sign to inform the people to go to Level 2 for vaccination /checkup. Level 2 wasn't busy. I waited 10 mins for my turn. The staff was attentive, and the Doctor was cordial. I recieved my shot and waited 30 mins for observation before collecting the vaccination card. I left the clinic at 12.30pm and noticed that all the staff were still working! It was a pleasant experience.

These is the worse medical service I have experienced. Totally inefficient and unprofessional. @RafflesMedical should seriously review and replace all the medical doctor and staffs here. Look at the reviews. We waited for more than an hour and when we ask the swab nurse she gave an indifferent response to say she need to submit all her past swab cases in the system first. She could have complete all the swab and submit all at one time rather than making us wait for at least an hour plus. There is no proper system at all!

If I can give a negative rating, I would. Your clinic assistants are ALL very rude and rigid. They have no empathy and simply dismissed patients off by saying waiting time 2 hours. Cannot wait then too bad. You are a medical clinic, not F&B. We are talking about life and death

If they had negative stars I would give one. Sat for over an hour and no "normal patients" (non-ART testing patients) were being seen just to find out there was no doctor here. Seriously? You are a clinic without a Dr yet you register patients to see a dr .... who is not here? It would have been appreciated if they said that upon registration. This baffles me...
