★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven't been here for ages but visited recently and the toilets (even on the higher floors) are super disgusting. They are possibly one of the worst maintained in the malls around the east. I almost puked looking at the state of the toilets, poop not cleaned up properly, entire place smelling of pee. Almost can't believe this is a Frasers mall. Seriously, management has to look into this. I've been to older Frasers-managed malls which are better maintained than this one. And Eastpoint barely opened again after renovation not too long ago either. Puke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We like visiting the mall, it has a reasonable variety of F&B outlets and groceries shopping as a heartland mall. But not for shopping for apparels though.
However, the toilets are rather unpleasant. The toilets require good and regular cleaning and perhaps even renovation. In some cubicles, the toilet seats fell and are often dirty. The wash basins are cracked and stained. The sanitary hygiene standard is lacking and the Management would really need to look into it.
