β β β β β Went there during 2nd day of CNY and was told that the waiting time will be more than 45mins but our food came within 15 mins.
Pad thai, tomyum soup, mango salad , desserts n milk tea was really nice and that was why after trying at other thai restaurants i realised that I forgot to give this restaurant 5* for threi service n food. We are staying at Chao chu kang but will definately go back soon.

β β β β β Hi Sanook,
Iβve always been a avid fan of yours, and my go to place for Thai food. However, today when I visited your east point outlet and ordered a clear Tom yum soup, I was overwhelmed by the spiciness. I was coughing my way throughout my meal and nearly choked. Thus, I requested to lower the spiciness or at least change to something else. But I was turned down by your staff, Iβm very disappointed. Not even a refund or any compensation was given.

β β β β β The place is nicely decorated. Waited for 15 mins to be seated as the placed is packed with families eating dinner. We order the seafood hotpot. Can be eaten by 4 adults! The tom yum soup was really nice and sour. The seafood was alot and each person has their own portion which can fill you up. Staff is fast and efficient, our order came 10 mins after ordering. Satisfied!

β β β β β Pricing & Food are decent for Sanook. Honey Chicken and their mixed vegetable dish are yummy. Problem with this branch is the service crew. Try not to dine in during peak hour and possible pick the last 30 mins before they close to dine in. Prior to covid, they are quite all right in general. During the peak covid times and open up dinning, you will noticed they are quite short handed. Crew tend to forget your request and not attentive during the whole dinning time. Experienced waiting for 1.5 hours over a vege & fried rice dish during non peak timing.

β β β β β I usually visit the tampines one outlet and its my first time trying this outlet. Feels that the quality here is slightly lower. The seafood pot was full of seafood which is value for money, just that some ingredients were not as fresh especially the prawns. You can see from my pic that the skin is stuck to the prawn and not sure why is it black too.
When making payment, the staff asked if everything was ok so i feedback the same about the prawn and he mentioned he will let the kitchen know. Hope it does reach them!

β β β β β This is one of my preferred restaurant in EastPoint Mall and if you want avoid queues, do try to come earlier before peak hours. The food quality had been consistent and the pricing has gone up for the set meals though. I have seen the increase in the number of staff ( new faces) recently to handle the crowd issues. Really appreciate it.
