★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited EC House (west gate) on 5th March at about 5pm, was served by hairstylist Steve Huang. Specifically told him not to cut the fringe too short, just a slight trim will do and he gave me bangs above my eyebrows... my fringe was parted to the right and much longer when i entered....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queue for half an hour on a Sun only to be told both kids' cars are not working. The lady stylist is not friendly and quite rude. I walked off without having hair cut for my boy as it was his first hair cut out and I wish to give him a more positive experience. I decided to give EC house another chance and went to SSC EC house the next day and was impressed by the service which stylist Cindy provided. Will definitely visit the salon again at SSC.
*Below photo is Westgate EC House with 2 nice kids' cars and both not working and cannot even sit on it for hair cut

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first cut here was done by Raymond it was great. And now EC house website is down. Unable to check out the hairstylist schedule. Otherwise good luck if you get a hairstylist that did not have you hair cut done to your expectation. And please look into digital payment instead of finding notes for payment.
