Edgeline Planners - 2 Jurong East Street 21

We engaged Edgline Planners for design and renovation work for our new condo unit. We are working with Corlyn. She is very professional, detailed and caring. She is also very responsive. We like her design. That is why we are engaging her for another home project.

The renovation was completed and we shifted on 31 Dec 2020. Throughout the planning, design and selection of materials, both Angie and Darren were patience, giving advice in the functionality and out weighing the pros and cons of design and good colour coordination. The overall of the renovation was a pleasant experience and we are glad to have chosen Edgeline to help us renovate our house of 19 years. The outcome won many compliments from friends who visited us. I got Darren as my ID to design my resale home for me, and he did not disappoint. In actual fact, he way exceeded my expectations. Dealing with renovations during a pandemic like this isn’t easy and Darren delivered with excellence! Having to handle the entire house by himself, liaising with electricians, carpenters, painters and etc isn’t an easy job but yet he did it all, i think that speaks volume on what a fantastic project manager he can be. Having that patience in dealing with such things is a virtue and Darren definitely has that. During the course of renovation, Darren always ensured i was in the loop on how the progress is like. He kept me updated throughout and that gave me the assurance that my new house was in good hands! Effective communication is key, especially when dealing with customers and Darren definitely did just that. The timeframe that i gave Darren was pretty tight to be honest, but yet, he managed to deliver, and the outcome way exceeded my expectations. I cannot thank him enough for the amazing job he has done on making this dream home of mine come to fruition. Being an ID is no easy job, but Darren executed my plan perfectly. Patient, responsible, creative, are just a few superlatives i can describe him and i know there can be more. But all in all, Darren has done an amazing job with my house, that is undeniable. He thoroughly deserves this review and it’s a recognition in his ability as an amazing ID. Well done, Darren and thank you.

Corlyn and Darren were the IDs for our new place. Throughout the course of the project, they were receptive to our preferences and ideas and tuned them towards what would be practical to achieve. They were able to make good recommendations on what could be purchased on market to complement the design. The workmanship of the carpentry was good and modern. Even when we were faced with a late issue that needed to be solved urgently before moving in, they were able to propose solution and solve it for us. We are very satisfied.

We engaged Irene Ho who is recommended by a friend for our renovation. We were very impressed by the quality and workmanship. Even though her quote is most expensive compared to the other two renovation companies that we shortlisted, it was the correct choice indeed. This is not our first renovation and it so much different from our first renovation we did 10 years ago. In our first renovation 10 years ago, we tell her what we want the ID let us decide what we want and the design turn out a mess. With Irene, she just presented what she think best which really suit our taste. To be honest there is really a big difference between choosing a designer versus a contractor. At that time, we just want the cheapest and in end, many things stop working after a few years. We learn it the hard way, penny wise, pound foolish, we pay what you will get what. We are glad that we had meet darren at IMM and engage him as our ID for our New Home at West Coast Vale. Darren was well knowledge, modern creative and very patient on our need. Good and pleasant experience with Edgeline Planners. We engaged Irene Ho as our ID and she did an excellent job in executing and handling everything. Our designer is trustworthy and reliable.
