The project was challenging due to the layout and condition of the unit but Sheireen was always quick to provide solution to any issues encountered along the way while completing the project on time. She visited the site often and kept us updated on the progress of the renovation throughout the project that we could even go on holidays during the renovation period! Overall, we are happy that we have engaged Spacious Planners and definitely very satisfied with Sheireen’s idea and project management service for our new home. :-)
C	C G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My BIL used their service 10 + years ago and when we bought our current unit, we naturally went back to them and this was 4.5 years ago. I stripped my unit naked and Spacious redid all except the living room and 3brs flooring. It was then completed on time with a slightly shorter than usual time as I had to move out of my rental unit. I take great care of my cabinets but of course the daily abuse such as opening and closing multiple times a day is inevitable but they are still looking good with no issue 4.5 years on. Why such late review? That's because I need to do a wardrobe for my child and a bookshelf and I wanted to see if they are still as good. (I think it is) Creativity wise they can be better but I can attest to their quality of carpentry. Their prices are slightly on the steeper side but I guess in the long run it was worth it.

As with any renovation project of this size, there were many details which required follow up with some "make good" activities after the handover. I am happy with the results. Here I would like to give special mention and compliments to Miss Sheireen Sim. She demonstrated that she is not just an Interior Design Consultant but also a good project manager. Her supervision and coordination of various works involving dismantling, hacking, plumbing, electrical, air-conditioning, painting, polishing and cleaning was excellent. She went beyond her duties, offering advice and assistance. Although there was a delay during the Hari Raya holidays, she managed to catch up with the lost time. It was a pleasure working with her and I will recommend her to my relatives and friends who are planning to renovate their homes.

He does not shy off from client request and could even counter propose with better solutions. I felt that he was the only ID that focuses on design than ripping us off with pricey quotation. We are so impressed with the final design and really appreciate his efforts in liasing with all parties. It is really fortunate to have engaged Spacious, especially Emmett, very creative ID. Best decision in 2020.

Because of fengshui, we actually need to change the design few times which makes her job more difficult, but she never complain. My ex kitchen still looked very new after using it for many years n I cooked everyday for family of 6.
