Dr Elisa was very professional and her explanations were very clear. I had forgotten to take my referral letter back with me and the administrative staff were so kind to mail it back to me, saving me a trip. Great crew of medical staff. Thank you!!

Dr. Elisa was good, to the point with the diagnosis but the wait of 2 hours was very bad! I had am appointment for another day and requested for the same day which the receptionist agreed only to tell after over an hour this is the normal wait time.

Worst ever experience! I waited for an appointment for 3 weeks and on that day had to wait two hours and even then I was told that I have to wait for another hour! I think people should respect each other’s time, because I cancelled other appointments, had to pay a fee for missed appointments and waste almost 3 hours of my weekend.

Dr Elisa Koh has been most understanding in responding to an emergency situation. My fiance was experiencing exceptional lower abdomenial pains in the middle of the night. We suspected it could be due to the cyst identified from the scans earlier. Dr Koh arrived within 30 mins and told us that the surgery could not wait any longer. Due to the size of the cyst, the ovaries may be damaged. In short, Dr Elisa managed to save my fiance's ovaries by choosing to stick with the key hole procedure. An open surgery (which is shorter and easier), would've left a deep long scar right under her belly.

Very bad customer experience, so many customer services still can mess the things! And Dr Elisa really need to take action to fix it! Everyone time is precious!!!

I have nothing to say but praise for Dr Koh’s professionalism and genuine care and concern for her patients. Well, I guess having 3 of my babies delivered by her is enough of a testament to me and my wife’s trust and faith in her as a person, and her work experience. She is not one to push for unneeded products or services just for commercial revenue, but instead will take her time to properly understand your needs and situation, advise you and allow you to make your own decision, never once did me and my wife felt pressured. We also liked that her package allows for a a small selection of different hospitals of choice for our delivery. It was always a pleasant experience every visit and despite the slightly longer wait sometimes due to her nature of work where emergency arises or earlier patient needing more time with her, we managed our own time by occupying ourselves during the wait. Just to clarify with other negative reviews on the admin and front desk, they were always very pleasant to us every visit and took care to assist us during bookings as well. Moreover, Dr Koh were recommended to us by 2 of my former colleagues whom have very good experiences with her as well. My excellent experience itself with her is enough for me to recommend my own brother & sister-in-law whom Dr Koh also delivered our nephew and anyone looking for a genuine & caring doctor. It may seem as my review were biased and one sided, but trust me, my wife and I were her customer and patient for 3 of our children and it helps that she have very reasonable charges and packages for consultation and deliveries. So for those looking for a good gynaecologist, pay her a visit! Cheers.
